The location was nice
The mattress was notably thin, and the springs were quite discernible, which significantly impacted my sleep. I have been offered a complimentary night's stay.
Exceeded our expectations excellent from booking, arrival, the room. The evening meal was delicious. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. Pool and hot tub were absolutely wonderful just what was needed after a day of Cheshire Oaks and chester zoo.
Even though there was a great choice of breakfast we would have like to have tomato, hash brown, croissants and crumpets.
Rooms were clean and tidy the staff was absolutely amazing went above and beyond made us feel welcome and nothing was to much

Good location, just outside city centre and ideal if visiting the races. Breakfast was nice, lots of options to choose from.
Our room was hot and the window was broken, so we couldn't open it. One of the single beds had a rather nasty looking stain on the bedframe.
