This is not a hotel at all, does not deserve that title.

It is actually like a motel not a hotel big difference. It seem like homeless are around since we saw human 💩in a plate on the floor with toilet paper next to it. Sofa was not coming all the way out, it was stuck and I did not want to pull harder to take it out cause they will say I broke it and charge me extra. A/C not working and could not be able to change it or do nothing since there were no buttons (seem broken) we choose a non-smoking room and found a tobacco like spit on the bathroom trash can. When I call the receptionist about it and ask for a refund she just told me to have her the keys back and that I have to call booking to be able to get a refund. She gave me no other option or try to fix the problem, nor gave me any paper or anything that showed that I check in and check out like 10-15 min after I check in. If you want to sleep in a decent room please don’t come here specially if you’re very tired after a long drive. The price was not cheap like to let it go all those issues. I will not recommend it not come back here again. I hope I get my refund asap.

Great value for a great
Pros:

It had everything provided for me to function well without having to worry about any difficulties as I am handicapped.

Cons:

For the price, it was wonderful. It is not exactly luxury, but it is very functional and works very well for a work situation.

Pros:

Staff is really friendly

Cons:

Lack of towels for the pool and the restroom was dirty due to construction was in there and did not clean up. But the maid came in and cleaned it.

Quick road trip
Pros:

The room was good for the money we spent. I liked the little kitchen area, we didn't cook anything but it was nice to have incase we wanted to. The free wine was a nice touch.

Cons:

The breakfast area was too small. Not enough room or seating. We didn't get to enjoy the breakfast because it was way too crowded. Maybe move the bar to a different area or make more seating?
