I left and got another hotel.
Pros:

Fount desk staff was very nice.

Cons:

I left would not stay there. Area was shaddy, rooms smelt and very old. Very disappointed, always stay at Best Western but this has tarnished my opinion.

Not worth the money
Pros:

The maintenence man was very professional and was a great help

Cons:

No hot water ac had issues all weekend, water stains in the ceiling from ac leaking , wallpaper peeling in every room, 2 of 3 jacuzzi tub controls did not work and the coating was peeling or cracking. I always thought best western was a better hotel and maybe its just this location but I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone

En general todo bien, atención en recepción, desayuno muy rico, la habitación muy limpia y confortable la cama, en la alberca pasamos un rato muy agusto.

Cons:

Cuando recién llegamos había 2 patrullas porque hubo un problema en una habitación de arriba y eso nos dió un poco de miedo y de inseguridad, pero luego nos metimos a la habitación y ya todo bien.
