Falta de manutenção e limpeza a desejar. Mas o pior foi o vizinho de quarto em algum tipo de surto e o staff não resolveu na noite do ocorrido, chegaram a falar que o hóspede havia deixado o hotel, mas logo depois retornou gritando, fazendo mais barulhos, quebrava e jogava objetos na parede que dividíamos.

I agree with most of the reviews regarding both the pros and cons of this hotel. However, I'd especially like to highlight how helpful Nicolas Cesar, the receptionist, was during our stay.
When we arrived, we were assisted by another receptionist whose name I unfortunately don't know. He tried several times to process the payment with our main credit card, but it kept failing. In the end, we had to pay half the amount using a different card. He simply told us to contact our bank and come back the next morning. This left us stressed for the rest of the day, worrying that there was a problem with our card.
The next morning, after confirming with our bank that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the card, we returned to the reception where Nicolas was on duty. We explained what had happened, and without hesitation, he tried a different card payment terminal. The payment went through immediately without any issues.
I honestly don't understand why the first receptionist didn't think to try another payment machine. It would have saved us an entire day and night of unnecessary stress.
Thank you, Nicolas, for your professionalism, initiative, and excellent customer service. You turned a frustrating experience into a positive one.

Eu reservei a suite para meus pais dormirem após a festa das bodas de ouro deles. Liguei pro hotel durante a tarde explicando que eu dei de presente pra eles e perguntando se eu precisava ir lá fazer check in. Falaram que não. Qd eles chegaram pra dormir, fizeram a cobrança deles. Sendo que já tinha dado o meu cartão na reserva. Foi muito constrangedor.
Gostei muito da minha estadia. O hotel é muito organizado, a equipe é excelente, o café da manhã é muito bom e a localização é excelente. Realmente não tenho nada a reclamar. Inclusive, gostaria de fazer um elogio especial ao Nicolas, da recepção. Ele me deu total atenção durante toda a estadia, sempre muito educado, prestativo e profissional. Superou minhas expectativas e demonstrou um atendimento diferenciado, indo além do esperado para proporcionar a melhor experiência possível ao hóspede. Profissionais como ele fazem toda a diferença e merecem reconhecimento.
Não houve nada específico de que eu não tenha gostado. Se fosse para apontar algum aspecto, talvez apenas a quantidade de elevadores, que achei um pouco pequena para o porte do hotel. Ainda assim, isso não chegou a me atrapalhar nem comprometeu a minha experiência, que foi muito positiva no geral.

Breakfast was very good, the pool a bit small. Nicolas on the reception was excellent as was Antonio in the pool bar. I found the reception bar a bit uninviting and dour but overall I'd stay here again.
