Just what we expected. Would stay again.
Pros:

Clean room and bathroom. Good location and really convenient and well priced parking on site (underground). Staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Nothing. The hotel provided exactly what it said it provided. The grab and go breakfast is limited but it's described as a grab and go breakfast so we knew what to expect.

Pros:

The cleaning staff and anyone walking around were nice friendly and helpful

Cons:

I tried to get an invoice for my stay when I left, but was told because it was prepaid they could not give me one. So I went to booking and it says it can’t give me an invoice because they have to request it from the hotel. That is all fine, but I didn’t have a prepaid room regardless of what the front desk said. They just used my card on file and assumed I wanted prepaid. So which is it? Booking or the hotel supply the invoice?

Pros:

Albergo in ottima posizione, zona tranquilla, stanza spaziosa, letti molto comodi. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo non è ricca ma ci sono comunque diverse scelte (pan cake, frutta, yogurt, latte, cereali, caffè e tisane). Staff gentile e disponibile. Ottima esperienza
