The hotel is close to Providence St. John’s Hospital which was the reason for my stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing - tough pancakes, so-so coffee, instant oatmeal - but it was free.

Cons:

There was no hot water for 2 mornings!!!! I was locked out of my room twice by the cleaning service (the safety catch engaged somehow).

Che ancora oggi a distanza di un mese non ho ricevuto il rimborso della quota a garanzia cioè pari importo al costo della camera, nonostante tante email. Alla fine mi Sto arrivando! Che devo accettare come se il costo della camera sia stato il doppio di quello concordato durante la presentazione

The stay was not good. We could not sleep as the room above us (we were in 349) was so loud.
Pros:

We had stayed there several times before, and the beds / bedding is very comfortable. Very Clean.

Cons:

They have recently gone through upgrading renovations. The new floors (non-carpet) are nice, but they allow so much noise to travel from one floor to another. The pounding from the unit above (we were in room 349)went on until 1am. I thought the hotel laundry room must have been above us, or a family with 5 kids jumping up and down for 2 hours. It was also disappointing that the restaurant next store was closed - it was a favorite.

Highly recommend for its great location and clean rooms.

spacious and clean rooms, quiet and central location, friendly housekeeping staff

Cons:

encouraging front desk staff to acknowledge guests as they enter and leave the hotel could make make for a more welcoming atmosphere
