Comfortable stay very close to Sky train.
Pros:

Good sized room. Comfortable bed. Parking on site and we were able to leave our car until midday to allow us to go into Vancouver by Sky train. Braid station is an easy 5-10 minute walk.

Cons:

No coffee making equipment in room.

Worst customer service ever received at a hotel.
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

Wasn’t able to check in. Front desk staff attempted to cancel my booking and tried to make me purchase a room directly at the property. Waited at the front desk for 2 hours to ultimately cancel the booking and stay elsewhere. Colleague forced to sleep on a chair in the lobby while waiting for issue to be resolved.

Es war einfach zu buchen und in der Hauptreisezeit noch frei

Cons:

Wir hatten immer wieder fremde Haare an den Handtüchern, mit jedem Mal Roomservice hatten wir kleinere und weniger Handtücher obwohl wir die vom ersten Tag auch noch 1-2 Tage weiter benutzt hätten.

Ich hatte die Möglichkeit für einen Zusatzdiscount, diesen bei der Buchung aber nicht angegeben, erst am Schalter. Die erste Dame am Empfang wollte nicht mal nachsehen ob man das noch beheben konnte, der Mann beim auschecken hat es dann nochmal versucht. Für ein Best Western hatte es zum Teil deutlich weniger Ausstattung (zb kleine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer) als günstigste Motels.

Pros:

Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was good and plentiful, although space to eat was limited at times. Room was clean, uncarpeted and simply updated.

Cons:

No place for non-smokers to sit outside. Room lighting was very dim. Slippery shower for seniors (no mat) and hard to operate control. Hallways and staircases very dated and worn, especially carpet, giving impression of not being very clean, although this may be from the look as opposed to actually being the case.

Generally fine with the hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the staff in the dining was fantastic.

Cons:

I was pissed by the fact of no support with check in to the room. First time I am experiencing no help with taking luggage in or out in a hotel.

The concept of taking a deposit on my card was quite alien to me as well.

Very good value. If you are attending a show at the casino, it’s a good place to stay!

Good location for our show at the casino. Breakfast was quite good. Staff were very nice.

Cons:

Our balcony was in need of some attention. Needed a good sweeping. Bathroom could use an update.

Vacuuming would go a long way
Pros:

Location was convenient to where we had to be on a daily basis, so top marks for that

Cons:

The carpet leading to the rooms on the third floor was brown in color and filthy in character, could the cleaners not take a vacuum to it once a week? Pleeeaassee!!! It was nasty

Terrible.
Pros:

No fire alarm, broken toilet, dirty windows, couch smelled like urine, jetted tub broken, towel rack hanging from the wall, door broken, used vape pen canister and beer can on the deck, spongy floor, smelled like mold.

All if it. See above. This place has not been looked after.z
