No high expectations
Pros:

The spa was ok though it was dirty, water all over the floor and plastic cups scattered all over

Cons:

The matress slid off frame when trying to sleep. It felt like you were drunk walking down the hall, floor is eneven. No hand soap in bathroom. Floors were filthy.

So disappointed in this stay, the cost is outrageous for the quality of hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast room was nice and the staff were also great.

Cons:

The rooms were out dated and very dirty, we had ants in our room and the kitchen was unusable. The whole place smelled like smoke and old dust.

Budget hotel that needs a facelift.
Pros:

It was located relatively close to my destination. Hot breakfast.

Cons:

It is old and needs lots of cosmetic fix ups, painting, new curtains etc. My screen door had a big hole in it.

Also right at intersection of Hwy 1 and near railroad tracks. So noisy at times.

If you want one night make sure to request back side room.
Pros:

Close to highway. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Mildewed bathroom, no hot water for showers (tried 4 different times of day), noise from vehicles and trains, maintenance issues, 90s reno with no/little updates or repairs, no housekeeping on Sunday.

Pros:

The breakfast was basic but mostly nice, the lady doing the breakfastwas helpful. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room wasn't very clean. The floors had obviously not been cleaned as there were hairs and dirt carried into the bed from our feet. The bath wasn't very clean either. We booked with our 1 year old. When asked if they had a cot for him via email they did not respond. When I asked at check in they said that they didn't know if it was available. I had to go down a second time to ask for a fold out bed for my eldest so that I could co sleep with the baby safely. They still were saying if they didn't know if there was anything available but eventually said they would ask house keeping who brought a fold out bed to the room. It felt like they couldnt be bothered to accommodate my 1 year old. The hotel in general is very dated. We only stayed one night. We wouldn't have stayed longer if we didn't have to.
