Great and cozy hotel to feel well
Pros:

We loved the modern and cozy atmosphere of the hotel, the two pools with a generous number of sun beds (in high season you always get one), the gym, the spa and the serene views.

Cons:

The biggest downside of our stay was the restaurant. First, we were looking forward to eating at their Asian restaurant which was somehow completely closed for the time we stayed here and this information was nowhere to be found on their website. Second, we tried out their other restaurant for dinner and two times for lunch. The number of vegetarian choices is super underwhelming. Especially German and Scandinavian customers may want to eat a meal without a dead piece of animal. At least two options should be offered. And third, the restaurant staff wasn’t very attentive. We waited for the staff so long until we could order dessert, get the bill etc.

The breakfast was fine and good. But for a hotel of this size and price category it didn’t offer as much as we are used to from other places. But that’s not generally a problem to keep food waste low.

Personnel pas au niveau de ce genre d'établissement. Les enfants ont demandé d'avoir un steak haché au lieu d'un hamburger. La serveuse a été interrogée le chef qui a dit "Non"

Pros:

Dans son ensemble, l’hôtel était très bien.

Cons:

Le manque d’organisation et de communication au niveau du restaurant, le balcon.
Néanmoins, le personnel était top et au petit soins.
L’autre point négatif, reste la vue mer, très limitée au niveau de la chambre 61. Bien que cette chambre soit vendue comme une vue mer.

Un hôtel qui mérite ses 4 étoiles !
Pros:

Personnel au top. Piscine au top. Restaurant au top. Confort au top. Spa très agréable. Calme, propre, superbe vue depuis les hauteurs. Franchement c'est un super 4 étoiles que je trouve au dessus de ses concurrents. Merci et surtout ne changez rien !

Pros:

Sehr schöne und saubere Anlage. Wunderschöne Poolanlagen.

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr nett, aber auch sehr jung. Es fehlte die nötige Souveränität und Erfahrung. Ein pasr ältere Angestellte würden gut tun!
