Hôtel avec roof top
Pros:

L'hôtel est très confortable et le personnel très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est un magnifique buffet. Nous avons dîné au restaurant sur le roof top, la vue sur la baie au coucher du soleil est splendide.

Cons:

Il y a une route passagère entre l'hôtel et la plage, mais on l'oublie vite grâce à l'insonorisation des fenêtres.

Amplasare pe malul mării , curățenia exemplară, confortul și dotările camerei ,balconul bine mobilat cu vedere la mare , micul dejun servit la restaurantul de la ultimul etaj și , nu in ultimul rând amabilitatea personalului .

Staff didn't tell us that we would need to pay for the beach bed at Zen Beach. On the first day we didn't have to and then on the third day we had to pay. It wasn't communicated, as the employee Dimitra apparently forgot to tell us...

Nice comfortable hotel in a good location
Pros:

Really nice rooms, great views, comfy soft beds, high quality linen/towels/toiletries. Nice bathrooms. Gym on site. Coffee machine at breakfast is excellent. And free shuttle bus to Athens centre and a beach about 30 mins away (the beach opposite is fine, but right on the main road)

Cons:

Breakfast was good, but could’ve been a bit more variety of cut fruit, pastries etc. The road outside the front is really quite busy and noisy. So although the sea view is nice don’t expect to sit out on your balcony unless you want all the fumes. Or ask for a higher floor.

Ok hotel for a one night stay.
Pros:

Excellent receptionist, lovely rooftop bar. Restaurant was good, food delicious and service great. Breakfast was very good with great choices and lovely view on floor 7. Bar man in the roof top bar was very engaging.

Cons:

Room was on the small side, bed very soft. We had a sea view ( paid extra for this) balcony had a table but no chairs which was strange. The shower leaked all over bathroom floor as the tray had a gap to enable bathroom door to open. The road outside is very busy and noisy but handy for public transport and the airport bus. Concierge had no idea about local buses and how to pay. Only one small lift which was a nuisance.

Disappointing.

Nothing really. Maybe location.

Cons:

Absolutely no isolation between rooms or balconies, as if the walls are made out of cardboard.
Very disturbing, no privacy at all.

The door lock was broken, I could not lock my door. When I first got into the room, there was some used toilet paper in the bin and a bad smell.

The beach doesn't look anything like in the photos. I do not understand how this is a 4 star hotel.
