Perfect beach hotel
Pros:

Very convenient hotel, I stayed there 2 nights after a flight from Florida. Best jet lag ever. The breakfast is excellent, the gym is convenient, the beach in front also. Cute hotel. The staff was also very helpful and nice

An excellent hotel with outstanding service, thoughtful attention to guests, and great facilities
Pros:

Everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming. We arrived earlier than expected, and they told us they would call us as soon as our room was ready. About an hour later, the phone rang, and our room was prepared. In the meantime, we were able to leave our luggage at the reception.

It was my wife’s birthday that day, and they didn’t forget about it. They surprised her with a cake and a gift, which was a very thoughtful gesture.

Throughout our stay, we were in contact with a concierge via WhatsApp. Whether we needed a restaurant reservation, an airport transfer, or transportation to the city center, they were always ready to help immediately.

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service several times a day to both the city center and a private beach and back to the hotel of course. Towels were provided at the beach, and they even reserved sunbeds for us.

The restaurant is excellent, and the food at the rooftop bar is first-class, complemented by an amazing view. The breakfast is plentiful and continuously replenished with fresh items.

On the day of our departure, we had to leave before breakfast service started, so they kindly prepared a breakfast box for us to take away.

The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is clean and modern, and the air conditioning works perfectly and keeps the room pleasantly cool.

Cons:

The elevator is rather small and slow for a building of this size. Additionally, while the rooms have been nicely renovated, the doors seem to have been overlooked and could also benefit from refurbishment.

Udany hotel na city break w Atenach - lokalizacja, jakość, serwis, obsługa.
Pros:

Hotel czysty, zadbany, dość komfortowy, z bdb serwisem i miłą obsługą, piękny widok na morze, ładny duży taras, wygodny pokój dobrze wyposażony z drewnianą podłogą, dobre śniadanie na 7p z widokiem na morze, najbardziej cenne były usługi dodatkowe w cenie: przede wszystkim codzienny transport gratis busem spod hotelu na piękną plażę Zen Beach (30 min) - a tam zapewnione leżaki pod parasolem z ręcznikami; a także codzienny bus do centrum Aten (30 min) - przesympatyczny i pomocny kierowca Dionisos. Dobra logistycznie lokalizacja przy plaży (ale też ulicy) - z dojazdem do 30 min bus/tramwaj (przystanek obok) do centrum Aten, plaży Zen lub portu Pireus, do 1h od lotniska (zależy od korków)

Cons:

Hotel przy ruchliwej ulicy narażony na spory hałas, szczególnie z widokiem na morze, gdy dobrze ustawić klimę można spać przy zamkniętym oknie i wtedy jest ok. Śniadanie bdb ale powtarzalne, z niewielkimi akcentami potraw tradycyjnych.

Fabulous!
Pros:

Fab location. Breakfast was excellent especially the view! Hotel was very clean and staff welcoming and helpful. Big shout out to the beach attendant! Would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to friends!
This was a last minute booking as we had our booking cancelled by another property as boarding our flight to Athens and didn’t have any time to do any research! Exceeded our expectations.

A gem of a hotel in a great position.
Pros:

We chose this hotel because we needed to have some ‘flop’ days in between sightseeing and they had a private beach. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Staff are welcoming and helpful, rooms are well appointed. We had a sea view (pay the extra it’s worth it), with the most comfortable bed we have EVER slept in. We travel a lot and it can make or break your trip.
It was immaculately clean with great products in the bathroom. There was a good hairdryer in there.
We live on a private road with no traffic noise whatsoever and found that the noise of the very busy road could be heard but it was very faint when the doors were closed so don’t let that be a factor if you’re choosing whether to book or not.

We had drinks on the roof terrace at night which was lovely and the cocktails were great.

Breakfast is good but the view from the dining room is stunning, it was a treat every morning.

The beach had an attendant and we never struggled to get a bed with a parasol. They give you free cold water when you arrive with your beach towels.

The hotel is on the main x96 bus route which takes 30 minutes from the airport. It is also well placed for the tram which took around 40 mins to Syntagma square in the heart of the city, if you get off at Fixx you can use the metro to get you to the acropolis very easily.
We went to Hydra for the day on the ferry, the tram takes you straight there for €1.20 and takes 30 minutes. Honestly it could be easier.

We gave this four stars because of the following:
The sheet on the bed didn’t fit and so was rucked up most of the night, we’re finding this more and more in hotels these days.
The bathroom was well appointed but very small.
The room didn’t have a main light and no voile curtain so we had to keep the main curtain closed virtually all the time and it made the room really dark, side lights just don’t cut it. There was no full length mirror in the room.
The lift was really slow, thankfully we were on the second floor so used the stairs without luggage.

Having said that we would book again in a heartbeat.

We loved this hotel and will stay again if we get to return.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location near the beach. Wonderful breakfast with fresh healthy options. Facility is well maintained and comfortable.

Cons:

Hall window near our room was opened at 7 am and let in a lot of street noise, making a sleep in difficult.
