Sorry to say although the food is good, it’s tipping into silly money soup, steak and 1 beer & £50 plus, plus I have never had a one scallop starter ,

Very clean and staff are welcoming and friendly.
Breakfast was superb.

Cons:

As it was heatwave we would have liked the offer of a fan provided in our room.

Our stay couldn’t have been nicer. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious and looked out over the gardens.
