Great escape
Pros:

We needed a quick and reasonable escape from a long power outage during extreme heat. This exceeded expectations. The room was clean and nicely appointed, comfortable beds and hard surface floors, and a great rain head shower. The air conditioner worked great which was what we wanted most. Microwave, coffeemaker and small refrigerator were appreciated.

Cons:

Trying to reach the front desk to ask a question, nobody answered on 2 attempts, finally figured out myself how to turn off the ambient lighting, which was nice but not wanted for sleeping.

The hotel served a purpose, it was a stop over for a function on short notice. Fairly quiet for the location.

Cons:

The dislike is not the hotels' fault but the designers' oversight. The air conditioner unit is right at the bed and it blows over the bed. You cannot use the balcony with the aircon or fan running as the hot air blows on the balcony.

For the hotel: There is a balcony with no chairs. The room is booked for 2, but coffee/water cup for 1

Pros:

Hotel was close to everything we came to visit. Only 30min drive to laguna and 30min to Disney land. Cause laguna hotels way to expensive for my budget and this hotel was a affordable price the three days we was there. Everything with the hotel was perfect including the breakfast, pool was excellent and big and very nice fitness area and hotel has a India restaurant inside that was very good

Perfect Stay for Business — Comfortable, Professional, and Effortless An excellent hotel for a business trip. The rooms

Very welcoming lobby and staff upon arrival. Easy parking, in, and out traffic flow. Decent choice of healthy food for purchase + usual snacks. Very clean, smelled nice even in stairwell. Excellent room for a business traveler- plenty of desk space and natural light option. Room was well laid out. Business center was adequate & efficient. As was the staff who helped me use it.

Other than the bad cleaning products, it was fine.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice, rooms were clean, staff was friendly.

Cons:

The "front" entrance was hidden in the back with no discerning signs to tell you that you are at "Comfort Inn."

The cleaning products they use are those absolutely toxic CRAPULOSO (a.k.a. Fabuloso) type stuff that burns your lungs the second you breathe them in. Wish public facilities would learn to use unscented less toxic cleaning products!

I never got out of my car and even attempted to walk into the hotel I felt completely unsafe

DO NOT NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EVER BOOK AT THIS TOTALLY INCOMPETENT MOTEL
BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE HAD IN OVER 50 YEARS OF TRAVELING
AND IF YOU CAN IMAGINE IT IS NOT AT THE IRVINE SPECTRUM AS THE NAME STATES
IT’S IN A DUMP NEXT TO MCDONALD’S WITH CONSTANT POLICE ACTIVITY.
The management is never available and I question if they have one courteous person on their staff.
The front desk person did not know the cross streets of the location and I just wonder how he gets to work on time he spelled his name out very slowly KEN.
