False charge
Pros:

Charged for unavailable room. Employee stated the reservation was cancelled and I would be refunded but was charged anyways. I understand the booking error but the charge after supposed cancellation shows a gap in knowledge by the staff. Hope no one else has to experience this.

La zona es muy grande y fácil de accesar. El desayuno está muy bien y el personal fue muy amable.

Cons:

Las colchas estaban como rasgadas y la alfombra olía a un poco de suciedad, el techo estaba muy bajo, me sentía en un espacio reducido y eso no me agradó, las fotos del anuncio muestran habitaciones más amplias pero te dan una pequeña, yo pagué suite y fue lo mismo. Había mucho ruido en los cuartos contiguos

Pros:

The cleanliness of the room was very satisfactory. Large screen TV, ample lighting was a plus. Breakfast was good too. Parking was plentiful as well.

Cons:

I dont think I saw handicap accessible ramp that went down to the breakfast area.

Comfortable, Clean, Modern and Convenient
Pros:

The room was large, clean and had a modern furnishings. I was very satisfied. The front desk was friendly and helpful and their was more than enough parking.

Cons:

There's not much that can be done here, but the area where the ice maker sits on each floor, actually diminishes the overall look of the facility.
