Cheapest in the area for a reason
Cons:

Room was dirty on check in, still had food and food wrappers on the floor. Toilet struggled to flush even the smallest amount of toilet paper. Microwave was in a location where it could not be plugged in unless picked up and moved elsewhere.

Great facility but just a few minor issues. Still would recommend it!
Pros:

The property was clean and well kept.

Cons:

There was no bathroom in the lobby area for guests. Also there were times that there was no staff at the counter.
