New Interactive Kids' Pool and Kids' Club - Unmatched Fun and Safety:
We recognize the importance of catering to families and providing engaging experiences for
children of all ages. Hence, we are thrilled to introduce a state-of-the-art interactive kids' pool and
kids' club that will be a highlight for families visiting our resort.
The new interactive kids' pool will feature exciting water play elements, age-appropriate water
slides, and innovative water features that will keep the young ones entertained for hours.
Moreover, our kids' club will be a vibrant and safe space where children can participate in various
activities, make new friends, and create cherished memories during their stay.
This new area for kids will be located on the Lagoon side, and will not affect the stay of our mutual
clients during the construction.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

I had a fantastic time at Wyndham Cancun! From the amenities, the food, the views, and especially the staff!
Victor was a stand out wait staff at the restaurant! He was very accommodating, pleasant, and hardworking!
Jose Antonio was also a great staff and tour advisor! Made sure our excursion was booked successfully and when I screwed up and forgot to apply a credit, fixed it with no hassle at all!

I visited La Vista restaurant for my birthday and the everything about my evening was incredible! The food was beautiful, the wine was so tasty and the staff members Daniel and siergio were excellent! The service was brilliant singing and bringing desserts with sparklers on and putting birthday songs on and being so friendly and creating such a lovely atmosphere! I loved my evening here and my birthday so thank you couldn’t recommend enough.
La Vista restaurant is absolutely brilliant the food is gorgeous and Sergio and Danny have gone above and beyond for us. It was my daughters birthday and they fitted us in with a large table and made us feel very welcome and special

Andres was terrific , service was impeccable food was prepared as ordered. Sergio was around to our table to be sure we were happy and had everything we needed. highly recommend the filet beef cut steak
It was a nice experience. The service from Sergio, and Gil at La vista was very attentive. Also all the other workers did a very great job that we were always very taken care of. Whether it be drinks, or food. They were on top of it, and were always curious to how the food and service was.
We had dinner at La Vista with Oliver and Sergio the Manager and the service was amazing. They were able to accommodate our big group and Oliver was super attentive to everyone

Food needs to improve for sure.
Service was excellent. We have been coming for years because the service members really make an effort to get to know the guests. We especially liked Julio who worked down at the beach. He always knew what we were drinking and kept us going the whole day. Also, brought food and snacks. He always stayed on top of things, such as picking up dishes after people were done eating, so the birds weren’t flying around making a mess of all the remaining food!
This is an excellent resort. The food at each restaurant was outstanding in quality, taste, presentation and variety. The rooms were nicely appointed and well kept, air conditioning a bit on the cool side and although the control in our room appeared to be working it did not really adjust the temp. Staff in all departments were friendly and helpful. However, special kudos to the activities staff is required. Very specifically Damian and Whiskey. These guys went out of their way to be friendly and engage with the guests and their beach volley ball skills were pretty good too! They even accommodated a crazy Canadian to play 2 on 2 multiple days in a row!
Overall the hotel was nice and clean but they need to work on the little things. The food was okay at best and the best restaurants required a reservation which opened at 9:00 a.m. and you had to use an app that did not work very well. It was hard and stressful to get a reservation daily and I wasn't able to eat where I wanted when I wanted due to the process you had to go through every time you wanted to eat there.
There's also not enough umbrellas by the pool area. Not sure why there's one umbrella for every five lounge chairs. They also refuse to give me change so I can tip their staff. They said it was for currency exchange only which forced me to use an ATM with outrageous fees, to then take to the front desk to exchange the currency and got hit with more fees. Came off like a scam.
Papachilo Louise and all the guys did amazing job around the pool with music and activities ... we had a blast
Bad food, lousy customer service and housekeeping. Restaurans are impossible to make reservation when is always half empty. Hotel does not keep their promises and had to call housekeeping for clean ups after they clean. Do not recommend this resort. Pools close early
