We recognize the importance of catering to families and providing engaging experiences for
children of all ages. Hence, we are thrilled to introduce a state-of-the-art interactive kids' pool and
kids' club that will be a highlight for families visiting our resort.
The new interactive kids' pool will feature exciting water play elements, age-appropriate water
slides, and innovative water features that will keep the young ones entertained for hours.
Moreover, our kids' club will be a vibrant and safe space where children can participate in various
activities, make new friends, and create cherished memories during their stay.
This new area for kids will be located on the Lagoon side, and will not affect the stay of our mutual
clients during the construction.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Another great vacation at the Wyndham. We’ve been coming here since 1994, and we’ve been vacation club members for over 20 years. The staff is outstanding- Orlando and Elvia and Martin at the lobby bar, Gerardo at the pool bar, Carlos at La Paloma, Gilberto and Oliver at La Vista, Victor at Pina Colada, Enrique at DaVincis. Our favorite meals at DaVincis were chicken Parmesan, pasta carbonara (we added grilled shrimp) and lasagna. Crème brûlée and chocolate fondant for dessert. Our favorite meals at LaVista were the ribs and the beef steak (like a filet). Wonderful salad bar. Creamed spinach, mashed sweet potatoes also delicious. Didn’t care for the t-bone or the sirloin, they were a little tough. Went to Mexican buffet dinner at LaPaloma, and everything was delicious. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet, too.
For the vacation club - Leo is fantastic, great service all week.
For the vacation club finance people- met with them to get an update on the changes with the vacation club. Chris was wonderful. We did however have a bad experience with Brandon, who ended our meeting with rude and unprofessional behavior. Never had a problem with them until our meeting with Brandon.
Great food, very friendly staff. Must dine during sunset. It’s a great experience with amazing music choices especially if you’re a Star Wars fan. Interacted with Daniel and Sergio this evening. Both extremely friendly and attentive.
Beautiful resort, lots of fun activities, delicious food and drinks. Luis and Elisa were both so engaging and welcoming. We loved playing volleyball with them and doing water aerobics.
Great trip with family. Buffet had lots of options for adults and kids. Staff like Ramon, Gabriela, Victor and Arturo took great care of us in the dining room.

Very great resort! Do not listen to the negative reviews; they must have their thumbs up their butts. Julio was an amazing attendant, always wanting others to be taken care of and happy. Allen down at the hot tub bar was very great as well! This trip was very successful and we will be back
I recently stayed at Wyndham Grand Cancun for my first trip to Mexico and had such a great experience. The entire resort staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the trip. The front desk staff especially made everything smooth and easy from the beginning.
A huge shoutout to the entertainment staff — Wisky, Damián, Alicia, DJ Skinny, and Gabriel. They honestly made the trip so much more fun. All the activities they organized were really entertaining, and I definitely recommend participating because it makes the experience way better and helps you meet people too. Everyone there was super chill and easy to talk to, which made the whole atmosphere feel really fun and comfortable.
Manilo was also extremely helpful with booking our excursions and was very kind the whole time. Definitely make sure to book excursions if you stay here because it adds a lot to the trip.
The staff at La Paloma were amazing as well, and the service throughout the resort was consistently great. Overall, I had an amazing trip, made a lot of great memories, and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cancun.

El aseo de la habitación, estaba limpio cuando lo entregaron, la política que tienen verde y no realizan aseo todos los días lo encontré no acorde con el cobro que realizan.
El cambio de sábanas y toallas puede ser cada dos días pero el servicio de housekeeping debe realizarse a diario
Otro tema son los restaurantes para la cena de noche, nunca tenían cupo la preferencia es para los socios.
Y que pasa con la comida fuera de horario, si te la entregan con un costo de 5 USD por servicio a la habitación
Como hotel de 5 estrellas, hay falencias que pueden mejorar de una mirada externa
Julio is the best server at the pool. He will go out of his way to make sure you’re taken care of and enjoy your day at the pool!

Connie was amazing helping out with our stay, and George was also great at the piña, Orlando at the bar, Moe at the Paloma ,Miguel at the sushi and Wilbert at the Cucus bar! That is the reason we continue coming here because you are treated like royalty the service is amazing all together.
In the lobby on wends night the staff went above and beyond. Elvia Manuel , Martin’s and Orlando all helped make my sisters. Law’s birthday special.
I have been to the Wyndham Grand several times with my family. This trip was with friends. We loved every minute. The staff immediately welcomed us like family. We were met by Nicolas who greets us with a smile. Roberto and Carlos Aguilar are so friendly and always hustle. Roberto helped make a friend’s birthday very special. We also love Oliver at the pool bar. He is kind and caring. The staff is exceptional.
The food was very good. We dined at every restaurant during our visit. Most of our days were spent by the beach but we did enjoy water aerobics with Jacko. Mister Danny does a nice job coordinating activities for the day. We went to the show each night too.
The rooms were immaculate and had everything we needed.
My friends are already asking about the next trip. We are hoping to return soon to make more memories!
