Wyndham Grand Cancun All Inclusive Resort & Villas

Another excellent family vacation! After trying lots of hotels in Cancun, The Wynham Grand is a clear winner for a family vacation. We have stayed in this hotel four times. The age range of our group of ten people this year = 6years - 70 years old and there is something for everyone e.g we celebrated a 70th birthday, wedding vow renewals and family time that was long over due.

As soon as you step out of your transfer/taxi, before you even enter the hotel itself you are greeted with a warm welcome. Your lugguage is taken care off in an effortless fashion.

Check in is efficient and this hotel is great value for money BUT the superstars are the bartenders at the Lobby Bar; Orlando and Francisco are AMAZING. They can make any cocktail you can think off and they made everyone feel welcome including my 6 year old daugter who loved her mocktails!

Each staff member was truly amazing at making guests feel welcome. I have to give a shout out to Wilfredo, Sergio, Berlin, Oliver Estaban and Jesus. Their dedication, professionlism and overall communication was excellent.

If you are planning a family vacation, look no further than this hotel. The staff truly make it along with excellent restaurants pools and direct beach access including a beach bar and restaurant.

Final recommendation: If you have kids you can utilize the kids club: Shout out to Daniella and Co. They run an evening kids club one night a week at zero cost, so you can catch a romantic dinner while watching the sun set drinking one of the best cocktails you have ever had!

The staff that service you are great like RENE at the vista restaurant and the sushi bar ,the lobby bar ,but the front desk receptionist need to better on information customer,and not just saying look at the app

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in great hands. Marcia made the entire experience exceptional. She patiently explained all the spa services, answered every question with a genuine smile, and helped me choose a 50-minute relaxing massage. She also suggested arriving 30 minutes early to enjoy the steam room, which was the perfect way to start.

When I arrived, the spa was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and had such a calming atmosphere. Marcia welcomed me again, gave me a tour of the facilities, showed me my locker, and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. Her kindness, professionalism, and amazing personality truly stood out.

The massage with Liliana was simply magical. She helped release so much tension, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. That night, I slept like a baby—the best sleep I had during my vacation!

I highly recommend this spa to anyone visiting. It is the perfect way to complement your vacation, and every minute was absolutely worth it. Thank you, Marcia and Liliana, for such a wonderful and memorable experience!

Sergio and José Luis provided exceptional service. They were able to seat us promptly, allowing my partners and me ample time to discuss our plans in detail. Their situational awareness and timely service were instrumental in ensuring a seamless experience.

I appreciate a fast-paced environment and individuals who understand when to slow down. José Luis and Sergio exemplify this skill, executing it flawlessly.

I highly recommend this restaurant. It stands out as the best we've tried thus far. The service and hospitality were genuinely and authentically felt.

Having traveled from New York, I would not consider dining elsewhere in the future or staying anywhere else but Wyndham. This establishment is the epitome of excellence.

Food was great. The service from Julio, was exceptional. One of the most fun, and attentive servers!

I stayed at the Wyndham Cancun in July 2026 as a Caracol Vacation member. The service was excellent and attentive! The beaches and surrounding pool areas are clean and well attended to. Special shout out to Ulises on the beach! He was the best! Also appreciate Noe at Paloma restaurant.

This place was great! I got the shrimp scampi and it was fantastic! Sergio was very kind and sat us quickly. Willfrido brought our food promptly and helped us with questions about the menu. Must visit while in Cancun!

We just returned from another stay at The Wyndham Grand Cancun and had a wonderful trip! The property is beautiful, but the staff is what makes us continue to come back each year. The resort is managed by an AMAZING group of people who truly care that your stay is remarkable and that you do not have to stress about anything while you are on your vacation. Thank You Mr. Ibarra, Sol, Ubaldo, Adan, Lulu, Elsa, Cesar, Sergio, Isis, and others who did so many things to make our vacation the absolute best time ever! Each year we say our trip couldn't get any better, but somehow they make it more memorable.

The entire resort is super clean and smells amazing! The rooms are spacious and have a beautiful view. The food is always great with many choices to eat throughout the day and into the evening. The location is perfect (10 mins from the airport in the Hotel Zone). There is no better place to stay!

We wanted to thank a group of people who really made our trip special. These are the most hardworking people in Cancun who we call friends and look forward to seeing again very soon!

I highly recommend staying at this resort. We have been coming here for 15 years and can't wait to go back. If you are thinking about coming here for the first time, book the trip now....you will not regret it!

Villas cómodas y amplias, comida del buffet variada, limpieza de áreas pública, calidad de comida y bebidas, el kids club algo muy bueno e importante si quieren pasar un tiempo a solas.

The experience at Wyndham Grand Cancun was great. The staff was very attentive. The food is great, many varieties. Our favorite restaurant is the La Vista/ Brazilian. The entertainment crew is great, they incorporate all the guests of all ages. They are very polite and friendly. Papi chulo and Gabriel were very respectful with my family. Loved the lobby night entertainment too, Karaoke night was amazing. We definitely want to go back.

So many great people is what makes us come back every year. Let me just list some names:
Adan, Antonio (is back), Francisco, Esteban, Elsa & Carlos (La Paloma), Julio & Sarah (members pool bar area), Orlando, Martin & Elbia (lobby bar), Enrique (DaVinci).
Food was good everywhere we ate. No one had a problem finding something to eat. We have been members for over 20 years. There’s a reason we return. The staff cannot be nicer.

The service we received was truly exceptional. Our server Fredy and Sergio were attentive and incredibly helpful throughout the entire meal. The food itself was absolutely outstanding. Each dish was prepared with evident care and skill. My main course was cooked to absolute perfection, exceeding all expectations. The beverages also complemented the meal wonderfully. We were thoroughly impressed with the entire dining experience. We would highly recommend this establishment to others.

We arrived on 5/26/26 and check in was fast and easy. The resort is clean. There are A LOT of stairs to get to the beach. Unfortunately the waters were very rough during our stay, but obviously no fault of the resort. The pool staff were great at getting guests involved in activities. Unfortunately I suffered an injury on the 4th day of my stay. I ended up breaking my heel and another bone on the top of my foot. The manager called for a medic. Medic advised she didn’t think it was broken and wrapped it and provided me with a wheelchair transport to my room. I went to get X-rays the next day and a fracture was confirmed. To be able to go anywhere, I had to call and ask for a wheelchair transport. So we ended up just staying in the room for the remaining time because I was on non-weight bearing orders. I have continued to reach out for insurance info for my ongoing medical care, only to be met with silence. For a resort of this size, I would think they’d have better customer service and at least reach out to an injured guest when contacted. Do better Wyndham!

Victor made every breakfast at La Vista a highlight of our vacation by going above and beyond for our family. He made sure my three boys always had their favorite breakfast foods, reserved our preferred table each morning, and even had bacon and plenty of chocolate waiting for them whenever the buffet ran out. He also arranged for the staff to make balloon animals, perform napkin magic tricks, and surprised each of my boys with a toy car on our last day, creating memories they'll never forget. My boys keep saying, "This has been our favorite vacation so far!"—and without a doubt, Victor's kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care are the reason why.
