only complaint is the weak coffee !
Clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpfull and accomodating after I messed up the reservation. Could not jave asked for more.

1. Handicap room had a tub & not a walk-in shower.
2. NO rails to get into tub, 3. Vending machine required exact change-items were sick in machine and did not return money.
3. Front Desk-
A. Clerk was aMale was a foreigner, did not want to provide handicap roo, claimed I didn't request even though I showed a printout with proof.
B. Clerk took 45 minutes to check us in, even though I had made reservations 6 months prior for Two Room and confirmed the day before with a Female Clerk from that motel's location

Floor carpet looked dirty. Room had a stuffy odor.
Friendly staff
First room ac did not work. Moved us to another room and the ac barely kept room tolerable. Floors were dirty, shower was dirty, wires exposed in ceiling. Bugs inside room. Bed was uncomfortable.
I absolutely love the staff here, especially the young black gentleman. I do not remember his name, but I think he is from the islands or someplace. But the entire staff is amazing here.
I love this location. I wouldn't change a thing.
Location
I drove 9 hours with my wife and 5 year old kid. The AC in the room was not working and I waited more than 2 hours and then reported it to the front desk. They said they can not do anything and asked me to request a refund from the morning manager. The morning manager said that he can not do anything! We could not sleep at all the whole night and had to drive 10 more hours the next day in horrible condition! The hotel singlehandedly ruined our whole trip!

The place was okay
On my first night, I was given a room that smelled heavily of smoke and mold. Because of the smell, I was unable to sleep or breathe well the entire night. Although I called management, I couldn't get any assistance until morning. I am glad I did not have to go to the hospital while on vacation. To make matters worse, I had booked a non-smoking room but received a smoking room that also had bugs. It was the worst first-night experience. Fortunately, management was able to move me into a new room the next day. The Management is very nice
