Warm, friendly, nice, I would stay again.
Pros:

Clean and friendly. The lady that helped me out the night I checked in, was very nice and gave me an upgrade. I don’t think we really need an upgrade as all the rooms are very clean and always wear immaculate as we walked by.

The morning staff had a bald gentleman, he took her keys and checked us out. Unfortunately, he began He began to discuss the room upgrade and said we would no longer get a free room upgrade as they cost money. I was very thrown off and had no idea why he was even bringing this point up at 6:45 AM. I began to tell him that the upgrade was because the lady was very nice and I didn’t have an issue with the Hotel, upgrade or no upgrade. He was probably just having a bad morning. It’s OK sometimes that happens.

Other than him, everything else was excellent!

Friendly staff but not pleased with the quality of the room provided.
Pros:

Friendly staff. My kids liked the heated pool experience.

Cons:

My room was warm when entering. When going to turn on the AC system it pushed out an awful smell that never went away so we were unable to use the AC. Our room tv did not work and the remote was disgusting with some sort of residue. The water pressure in the shower was terrible.

The pictures on the site felt deceiving as I was caught off guard when I actually went into the room

I would defiantly go back to this cute hotel. Staff are super friendly, location is great and rooms are newly renovated
Pros:

Cute place with nice swimming pool.

Cons:

I had a renovated Deluxe King room which we liked a lot but the hallway carpet was in disrepair and not clean. I believe housekeeping is limited, there’s not 24/7 service, it’s more upon request but the corridor carpet was quite stained.

It was perfect!
Pros:

Super close to shopping, restaurants and the beach! Rad breakfast that they make for you! The best avocado toast, waffles, yogurt, donuts, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, granola bars etc! Rooms always super clean! We come for 10 days every summer and have never been disappointed!

Pros:

I would give this hotel a 6/10. We booked a King room for a 2 night stay thru Expedia and when we checked in, our room was 2 queen beds. We questioned this with hotel staff and we were told they didn’t have any more king rooms. The room itself was mediocre. Very dated but clean enough. There was free on site parking and breakfast was ok. The lady in the breakfast room was super nice. She made what you asked for and was very friendly. The location was convenient for why we were there. If we go back I don’t think we would stay there again.

Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, jacuzzi tub was amazing and balcony was nice. Front desk gentleman gave us great recommendations on local dining. Trolley pick up and drop off is right outside and it's FREE!
