Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, op de kamer duidelijk aangegeven welke extra dingen er vanuit de receptie geleverd konden worden(pantoffels, tandenborstel etc.), locatie rustig maar toch centraal. Lekker matras.

Cons:

De grootte van de kamer/badkamer, konden niet recht, enkel schuin, op het toilet zitten. Ook was de kamer verder wel érg krap voor de prijs en er hingen wat spinnenwebben aan de gordijnroede, schoonmaak kan net wat strakker. Deken was voor ons te warm.

Excellent hotel with fantastic staff and good location
Pros:

Breakfast, 24h coffee station, close to tram, good restaurants in area,

Cons:

Drain plug in hand basin not working, slow and small lift, wife's personal face towel removed and not returned.

The facility of all day coffee was great
To come back after a day of touring and sit in the comfortable lounge with a cup of excellent coffee was a real bonus

Mycket trevlig hotell
Pros:

Väldigt trevlig personal, incheckningsreceptionisten var den trevligaste hotellpersonal jag någonsin stött på. Stort rum för tre personer, bra badrum och bara att hämta kaffe i frukostrummet närhelst man ville. Små saker betyder mycket på resa.
Lugnt område och lätt att ta sig till spårvagn/affär/gå ner till citykärnan.

Lovely boutique hotel
Pros:

I had a lovely stay. The little gift box left in the room was such a pleasant surprise and a really thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra special. The hotel overall had a great atmosphere.

Great location, comfy beds and great breakfast
Pros:

Great location very close to the tram stop in a lovely quiet area. Although the room was small, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was superb. The staff were very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again.

Great break for 5 ladies, interconnecting rooms, ground floor and nice and private.
Pros:

In a lovely, upmarket residential and quiet area. On the 24 tram route, so very convenient to go through the city. Big rooms. Very easy from Central station on arriving in the city, straight onto a tram and 2 mins from the stop to the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing!
Maybe would have like a bit of fresh milk left out in a cool box for cups of tea, but a staff member always found us some. There may have even been a fridge in our room, can’t remember, but our stay was great.
