I’ve stayed many times as it is close to my family who I visit.
The room was clean and spacious as always.
Had to turn the ir con off as it was a bit chilly but this was easy so not a problem.
Very large room. Clean and comfortable. Shower facilities were good. Bed was comfy. Staff were very friendly. Free parking.
Had an issue with the phone so couldn't use it. The fridge felt hot and was slightly leaking. Doors were banging from other rooms and kids were running up and down from 11 till midnight which was frustrating.

Room was spacious.
Booked room for 2 and there were complimentary snacks but only enough for 1 person. Woken at 1:30 by someone screaming, crying and kicking a bedroom door in. Trollies being pushed across the carpark at 2 am. Very disturbed night. Room service difficult to order due to language difficulties but the food was lovely.

The reception staff where very welcoming & very helpful with our luggage . Room was very clean. Biggest bed I have seen very comfortable . Slept really well .
