Pros:

Room was extremely comfortable and clean and met all my expectations one sight criticism woud be the limited supply of tea and coffee sachets, and limited parking for disabled drivers, however, we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Comfortable and well set up for a family gathering
Pros:

Large, well equipped room and large comfortable bed. Good eating options on site and outdoor spaces to enjoy for tea and scones or drinks. Additional spa treatments available even at short notice, with a good range of options. Accessible rooms available and lots of options for meeting with other members of the party. Great sound proofing between function rooms and bedrooms. All the staff were lovely and helpful, nothing too much bother. Great food.

Cons:

Very close to a main road so you could hear the traffic from the gardens, limited public transport options and located a distance from other places.
