Gebuchte Leistung nicht erhalten und mangelhafter Service

Das Hotel ist noch recht neu und hat eine sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

Wir haben dieses Hotel über Booking.com gebucht und uns bewusst für ein Superior Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick entschieden. Bekommen haben wir stattdessen ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Parkplatz.
Die Reaktion der Managerin war unverschämt: Zuerst behauptete sie, es sei kein Zimmer mit Meerblick frei. Kurz darauf hieß es plötzlich, ein Wechsel wäre doch möglich – allerdings nur gegen Aufpreis! Das Personal hat überhaupt nicht versucht, das Problem kundenfreundlich zu lösen. So ein Verhalten ist einfach unvorstellbar.
Auch das kulinarische Angebot war eine Katastrophe. Das Hotelrestaurant hatte zwar immer geöffnet, die Auswahl war jedoch sehr gering und qualitativ fraglich. Auf dem Gelände nebenan gab es zwar drei weitere Restaurants, diese waren jedoch für die gesamte Woche komplett ausgebucht. Wir haben dort in der ganzen Zeit nur an einem einzigen Abend einen Tisch bekommen.
Am Ende mussten wir fast jeden Abend mit dem Taxi nach Fethiye fahren, um überhaupt vernünftig essen zu können. Wir können dieses Hotel absolut nicht weiterempfehlen!

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Alles was ook heel netjes! Qua eten: lekker en heel veel keus. Ook leuk dat er een nachtaanbod was!
De zwembaden en alle faciliteiten waren top!
Kortom: een heel fijn verblijf om je vakantie door te brengen!
