Tara on the front desk is what hospitality is all about and what is used to be. She made our stay a lot more pleasurable with some issues that we had earlier. We will definitely be sending an email to corporate about our experience both positive and negative. It went from not very good to 100% better. Thank you Tara for being very good at your job!

Pool not open
The sliding door that went out to a beautiful gazebo on the river was wonderful. Our 8 month old also loved the pool, great temperature
Had to do some rearranging to fit the pop up crib but was doable
Perfect very pretty location right on the water with access to put in a kayak. Our room also included a great little kitchenette. However, its right next to the fabulous restaraunt One Eyed Jacks, and the hotel breakfast had good variety and the staff were lovely!
The amount of goose droppings outside lol but theres nothing to be done about that.
Room was clean, spacious with a lovely patio area outside and very quiet. Grounds were very nice and peaceful, staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was very good with lots of choice and variety. Pillows super comfy. Exceptional value. Will definitely stay again

No elevator in the building where my room was. It was only a two storey building, but I do have some mobility issues.
We had a great stay from the time we arrived at reception.Fast easy check in, room was spacious and very clean, and breafast was included and was top notch with great variety.
Very nice place to stay as the property has not nice outside amendities and nice scenery .
