Für ein Wochenende völlig Ok
Pros:

Für ein Wochenende völlig ausreichend es war sauber. Die Lage war gut. Und alles hat geklappt.
Es ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und im Badezimmer gab es kleine Mängel.

Super hotel Frühstück ist reichlich
Vielleicht Kleinigkeiten wie unter Bett ist zu viel Staub und klodeckel ist nicht fest gewesen ,der Billard war da aber die die Billardqueue sind fast alle defekt aber in großen ist der hotel zu empfehlen.
Und wen du Zimmer buchst ist ein Bild und wenn du da bist ist anders Bild.

**Doppelte Abbuchung – Rückerstattung erst nach Wochen**

Leider eine äußerst enttäuschende Erfahrung. Das Hotel hat den Betrag für meinen Aufenthalt **doppelt abgebucht**. Obwohl ich das Hotel mehrfach auf die fehlerhafte Abbuchung hingewiesen und eine Rückerstattung verlangt habe, wurde der zu viel abgebuchte Betrag über **mehrere Wochen nicht zurückgezahlt**.

Erst nachdem ich deutlich gemacht habe, dass ich wegen der Angelegenheit rechtliche Schritte bzw. eine Strafanzeige in Erwägung ziehe, kam Bewegung in die Sache und der Betrag wurde schließlich erstattet.

Fehler können passieren – entscheidend ist jedoch, wie damit umgegangen wird. Bei einer offensichtlich doppelten Abbuchung erwarte ich von einem seriösen Hotel eine **unverzügliche Korrektur** und nicht wochenlange Verzögerungen und wiederholtes Nachfragen.

Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich das Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.

Nie wieder. Das ist kein Hotel sondern eine Monteur Unterkuft
Pros:

Das man die kleine minibar kostenfrei nutzen konnte.

Cons:

Zimmer voller Spinnweben, Käfer, Ungeziefer. Bad an der Wanne voller Schimmel. WC Benutzung sehr schwierig kein Platz.

Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, die Lage perfekt, das Frühstück sehr gut, wir waren zum 3 Mal in dem Hotel und kommen wieder. Empfehlens wert.
