Staff terrific , great location
Pros:

Staff were excellent, super helpful. Room was a great size also could open windows for fresh air. Quiet. Hotel offered free washing and dryer facilities. Location was very central to everything.

Cons:

Water pressure could have been improved on shower.

Pros:

Great location, close to waterfront, cafes, shops and restaurants, and to whale watching tours. Very good shower, free parking if you are lucky, very big bed, A/C. The toilet flush did not work when we arrived but they fixed it fast.

Cons:

Very noisy ice machine close to our room, but we managed to sleep ok. The bed was too soft for me, but that's a very personal thing...

A very lovely stay
Pros:

The property was a very spacious suite with a kitchenette and 2 double beds, it was very clean and had a spacious very clean bathroom that had a shower and a bath. The staff were lovely. The hotel provided towels for the swimming pool and always had complimentary fresh water, apples and cookies in the foyer.

The little bit of view was spectacular. Location was outstanding

Cons:

Renovations were done very poorly. The room was tidy, but I was shocked to see lots of dust on all the paintings and the television, and window sills.

A very pleasant, comfortable stay in a great location
Pros:

We were really impressed with our room at the Best Western - it was a lovely size, with views over the sea, super-clean and nicely furnished. We didn't eat in the hotel but the staff were very helpful at the front desk.
