Great location and free shuttle to the airport
Pros:

Great location close to the airport with a complementary airport shuttle at any time. The room was clean and there was everything we needed

Could have been better
Pros:

The breakfast was good.dining area very small for the amount of people in there

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was pretty disappointing. The room was not clean when we arrived, and both the sheets and towels had stains on them. That’s not something you expect when paying to stay at a hotel.
The elevator was also in terrible condition. Every time we got on it, it felt like it was shaking and like something was wrong with it. It honestly made us uncomfortable and scared to use it.
The pool area was another issue. It was very poorly lit, and my kids said it felt creepy being down there. Better lighting would have made a huge difference.
Overall, the hotel just felt kind of gross and poorly maintained. We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, it was not an experience we would want to repeat.

Pros:

breakfast was ok

Cons:

hotel was not clean. i received a lot of bug bits while there. I don't know if it was bud bugs as I did not see any.

Great location, loved the breakfast.
Pros:

The room was clean and good sized. They had an amazing breakfast selection which made it easy for us to have a meal before heading out. The location was easy to get to as well.

Cons:

There was plenty of parking but it was more towards the back and there was a huge storm and I got soaked as it is was a fair walk back to the front of the hotel.

Two stays, 9 days apart. First stay was excellent. Second stay was not.
Pros:

We stayed at this location 2 times, 9 days apart. The first time was excellent. Nice staff. Nice breakfast options. Newly redone room, clean. Good value. Dedicated breakfast attendant kept everything stocked.

I liked the location being not to far from the city and the staff was great

Cons:

The dryer was broken so I had to air dry my cloths in my room and it was never fixed during my entire stay and the floors in my room were very dirty when I took my shoes off in minutes the bottom of my feet were black from the dirt on the floor so I always keeped shoes on after that but everything else was clean
