I booked my reservation through Book.com, and the day of arrival, the hotel said they did not have a reservation for me. I had to find other accommodation. I was charged for the room that I did not stay in. I tried resolving the misunderstanding with the hotel and Book.com, but I'm now told the issue is not resolve that the charges will remain.
Paid for a hotel room that I didn't stay in. I talked with the General Manager at the hotel, who indicated they would allow the credit, and Book.com talked with the General Manager about what is needed. The next day, I get an email from Book.com saying the refund issue has not been resolved and that I need to contact the hotel.
The hotel was perfectly handicapped accessible. VERY clean and quiet. The free hot breakfast was great.
I think they should leave the free hit breakfast open until 10 a.m. on weekends.

Mold in the shower, no shampoo and noisy air conditioner. There was no hot water for a few hours which caused us to get up at 3 am to make our flight since we could not shower the night before. When I complained the next morning the response I got was "it was only out for 2 hours". The hot water did not come on till almost midnight. The local staff was not sympathetic. The front desk clerk told me to complain to the corporate office. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.
Location to the airport and 415 AM airport shuttle was reliable. Only 7 minutes from the airport. Water pressure in the shower was ok.
Bed was old and uncomfortable. I could feel individual springs in the old bed. TV didn't work. Didn't seem like cable was even available. Couldn't see out the window. The window was frosted or something. Not comfortable.

Soda machine out of diet coke. Price was better than most hotels. Parking wasn't great. Area behind was crowded and people were back there, not sure if they were customers. Smell of smoke in stairway ( cigarettes and weed).
The front desk lady was super nice and helpful, even though she was really busy. She was very helpful and patient! She was probably around 45 with short dark hair. I forget her name- but she needs a raise!!
The pool was extremely dirty and not well kept. That is the main reason I booked this hotel- so my kids weren’t bored and could go swimming. They barely wanted to get in due to how dirty it was. Very frustrating! Also, the breakfast did not have many options and the breakfast room was extremely cold. We had to take all our plates back up to our room because it was too cold to eat in that room. 2 reasons I book a specific hotel- the pool and the continental breakfast- and I was disappointed with both.

We were pleasantly surprised. It was pretty cheap, but still they had a pool and decent breakfast. The room was clean and nice.

Don’t blame the employees this is a management/owner issue. This hotel has a huge issue with cleanliness. As you can see from my photos this is not from the previous guest. This is months and months of dirt build up due to lack of cleaning. Hallways were not clean. Elevators were filthy. Our room. 211. One of the dirtiest I have ever been in for a Best Western. The one photo was behind the bed. Yuk. Please read the numerous reviews about cleanliness. A room does not end up like this by chance. I don’t care about a fancy room and everything being perfect. I don’t care if things are dated. My only requirement is cleanliness which is the easiest for any hotel to achieve. This hotel needs some serious cleaning. Management in should be replaced and ashamed.
Coffee machine but no cups. Only 2 towels in a suit. Half a roll of toilet paper. Had to ask for more. No soap in the container for the shower. Heavy smell of weed in the hallway. Definitely not coming back. Cleanliness is so simple.
