Shuttle always available
Staff was amazing - super friendly and helpful.
Close to airport. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Room was clean and staff was nice.
The person across from my room was blasting his TV. The noise made it into my room. I could have complained but ended up falling asleep. This was not the hotels fault. The person was rude. The other negative is that the east stairwell door that lead to the parking lot didn't clamp shut. It was always open. Just felt a little unsecure.

I enjoyed that it was close to the airport as I had an early flight.
The elevator was broken and the room wasn’t very clean. We came in late and I didn’t really want to bother talking to the staff just needed rest before the flight

The hotel & our room was clean. Staff was nice. It was easy to get in & out of when going somewhere. It was really a nice motel
The only thing I didn't like was the mattresses on the beds. We was in room 211 & the mattresses were very uncomfortable. It was like laying on a rock when you woke up the next morning. I was already having issues with my back when we checked in ( not related to the hotel ). It was hard for me to sleep cause of the uncomfortable mattress with my back issue.
