Breakfast was ok I’m the type of person who likes milk in the morning it would be nice to have options. The location is great not far from the airport. Chances are I will be booking a night or two next year as well.

Cozy quiet hotel - peaceful room
The front desk gentleman was a bit flustered when I asked to have feather duvet removed
Bed was comfy, nice and quiet, it was very clean, restaurant and pub.
The breakfast staff was slow with service and rarely came by to offer more coffee. I always left a cash tip (regardless if my stay offers free breakfast), but maybe each waitress should have a placeholder with their QR Code for tips (just like the cleaning staff has in the rooms that they clean). I think that may help improve the service. Also… keep the breakfast available until 10:30-11am so those that guests aren’t rushed to leave while on vacation, for sport or business.

Rate of 150 a night for average hotel where the rate should have been at 100 or lower.
Not enough usb outlets to accommodate our needs.
The location was perfect with lots of dining options close by. We had a lovely spacious room in a quiet area in the hotel, which we appreciated.
It was minus 40 overnight and I would have liked to have the option to plug in my car.
