Just had to cancel my stay due to not owning a credit card. I was told if i travelled i would be turned away with my kids after i had offered a cash deposit and i was told they would not accept this and the only way to check in is with a physical credit card. Please just be aware of this if people are planning to book.
Top class food .. melt in mouth beef and classic tiramisu .. No complaints .. Service a little slow but worth the wait
Great for families. Need swim caps for pool. Didn’t plan on doing the dinosaur stuff, but once the kids saw it we couldn’t pull them away!
Kids enjoyed the park
Rooms were tired, pool was yellow, park was done very Irish, price for what it was was crazy
Great hotel, very clean and luxurious. Considering it’s so family friendly it was always calm and chilled. Something for children of all ages. Good delicious in the bar restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful. 5 min drive to the Main Street of the town.
Rooms had everything you needed and beds comfy.
Tip: bring old trainers for outside as very dusty due to wood chippings around the play areas. Also children and adults need swim caps (hotel sell them but handy if you already have some to take with you)
The kids loved JJ the dinosour, the room, the breakfast and loved the pizza in Gullivers restaurant!
The main pool was very deep not very kid friendly!
We had a lovely experience. The hotel feels very welcoming and my daughter and I felt comfortable immediately. The staff are friendly and efficient but also really great with the kids.
Jurassic Newpark is such a good onsite experience for hotel guests with a nice variety of activities, attractions, playgrounds etc. We got a welcome pack on arrival with plenty of information to make the most out of the park.
The pool needed to be pre-booked which meant it was not overcrowded and a nice relaxed experience.
We had dinner in Scotts Bar, the food was delicious and there was a good atmosphere. There was live entertainment later in the evening in the lobby/terrace area which everyone was enjoying.
Breakfast was so well catered for children with a dedicated kids pancake station, which was a big hit with my daughter. One of the dinosaur characters was walking through the restaurant during breakfast greeting the kids which they all loved.
Overall, a great family hotel.
Flynn’s Newpark was a super find
A gem of a hotel , ambience , quality of food and above all the genuine kindness of the staff .
The Dinosaur park is very well set out , great eye to detail and absolutely everything for every age of the family,
Music at night , to round off perfect day .
