Pros:

In eerste opzicht leek het een prima hotel, niet te duur, wel wat gedateerd. Klacht rondom hygiëne werd opgelost door een deel terugbetaling.

Cons:

Uiteindelijk bleek dat de kamer niet schoon was, we vonden een lege fles whiskey onder het bed met uitchecken

wat ons gevoel bevestigde dat er niet goed schoon gemaakt was.

Nothing at all- to say its a part of the Ramada group - they need to visit this hotel unannounced.

Hindsight I should have refused to stay there but made the mistake of not asking to see the room first before checking in fully. The hotel is in need of considerable renovation both exterior & interior specifically internal cleaning of public areas [carpets and room] The corridor carpet was filthy and the hotel area I was in was overall shabby and dirty. I left a list of works required to undertake in the room I had. Breakfast was appalling & served in a room with a dustbin in the corner to put your waste in, preformed crockery & cutlery, formica tables - not very clean either. The Ramada name used to stand for a lot but not here. The pool was disgraceful paint off the walls and floor wouldn't want to even go in it.

It is in a great location and has a pool and mini golf though we did not use them

Cons:

The place is nice but it is being run into the ground. The walls are damaged and even have holes in them in many places like in our room, the hallways and the dining room. The staff are doing their best but it needs investment in repairs. The internet is terrible quality and runs very slow. The internet is a deal breaker for me. I could not stay there again due to the bad internet

Favorite place to stay while in Campbell River hands down !
Pros:

Enjoyed our stay very much there. Location was absolutely perfect with beach directly across street and hotel was very family friendly and perfect for children with lots to keep them busy and having fun!
