Great place to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, we've stayed at the hotel before and loved it. It was nice to see that Bear Number 399 was honored by your hotel.

Very disappointed in the town even though the hotel is still number 1

We love this Hotel and have stayed here many times in the past 9 years. we would not stay anywhere else if visiting Jackson Hole

Cons:

Sadly the resort has become very overpriced and the beautiful shops that once drew us to Jackson have gone, the centre is now filled with cheap merchandise shops all selling the same tourist tat! So I doubt very much if we will be returning, other towns have so much more to offer

Would stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the priced was great. The small store for snacks has a lot to offer, which is nice since the restaurant wasn't open due to the off season. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and updated with quality furnishings.

Cons:

The indoor pool area/hot tub was under maintenance, so there was a lot of materials and supplies around and dusty floors which tracked into the pool, which we were thankfully still able to use. There wasn't seating set out for those who wanted to just sit and watch, though. The sauna wasn't heated/working the day I tried to use it but the next day it was according to another member of our party. The bathroom door in our room didn't' have a lock which was an inconvenience since we have small children that don't understand privacy yet.

I have stayed in Jackson a couple dozen times and will book this hotel on our next visit.
Pros:

Great property and amenities. Good value for the price. Reasonable pet fee.

Cons:

Checkin was awkward. We were told twice that we did not have a reservation. After persisting, the individual said 'oh, sometimes Bookings.com reservations reverse the first and last name'. No apology after insisting that we did not have a room.
