La struttura è carina ma con molti margini di miglioramento.

Le due lampade da comodino non funzionanti e con fili a vista...palesemente già riparato e malgrado ciò non funzionanti.
La colazione gluten free lascia molto a desiderare...solo il pane presente e nessun altra alternativa dolciaria.

Breakfast was fine. Location perfect in a beautiful part of the world
Nothing was not to like.
Whilst the staff were super friendly and we really enjoyed our time in Avignon, the hotel was very tired, the pool was unusable, to get to our rooms we had to walk through the utility / rubbish area. Our room, whilst sizeable, was also very tired and unfortunately not in the ‘French laundry’ style but in the ‘dated 90’s hotel’ style. Again, the staff were very friendly and very helpful but the actual accommodation was quite disappointing. Note we were staying in what appeared to not be the main accomodation block, so perhaps the other rooms were more maintained.

Mismo con todo pago por adelantado dias sntes, solo teniamos uns habitacion disponible a las 15 horas....
breakfast was good, lunch was excellent.... didnt do dinner. Bar was well stocked.
Staff were all amazing, helpful and kind without exception.
Interestingly far too many wasps in outdoor eating area but surprisingly none by the pool area less than 50 yards away. Possibly a nest... but think maybe it should have been dealt with!?! this is the only reason i didn't give 10/10

La chambre familiale est spacieuse et bien équipée
L’hôtel en soi, charmant et de belle facture, la chambre, vaste, confortable, avec de belles prestations
Le restaurant est indigne d’un hôtel de cette catégorie. Je n’y ai dîné qu’une seule fois alors que j’avais prévu d’y manger les 4 soirs de mon séjour.
Par ailleurs certaines chambres donnent sur les toits avec la rue en perspective. Indigne également d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.
