Für einen Kurztrip zur Messe okay, im Hochsommer nicht so geeignet.
Pros:

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer und sehr großes Badezimmer, die Lage ist spitze, in der Fußgängerzone, wenige Schritte zum See, zu den Schiffen und Fähren und zum Museum, zum Parken gibt es Parkhäuser in der Nähe, zum Be-oder Entladen kann die Fußgängerzone befahren werden.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Betten außerordentlich bequem. Die Messe ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell zu erreichen.

Cons:

Kein Fahrstuhl sondern recht steile Treppen mit nicht durchgehendem Geländer, keine Klimaanlage, nur ein Ventilator,
das Frühstück ist sehr schwach mit sehr einfachen Zutaten, sehr eingeschränkte Brotauswahl.
Für gehbehinderte Gäste nicht zu empfehlen. Die Kurkarte mit den entsprechenden Reduzierungen wurde erst auf ausdrückliche Anforderung durch die Rezeption ausgestellt.

Im Großen und Ganzen war es okay, ob der Preis über 500 € für zwei Übernachtungen damit gerechtfertigt ist…?

Zentrale Lage, das Frühstück war sehr gut

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, obwohl ich ein Komfort Zimmer gebucht hatte, keine, beziehungsweise nicht funktionierende Lüftung im Innen liegenden Badezimmer, der Zweifels ohne schöne dunkle Boden hatte den Nachteil, dass man extrem viel Staub und Fussel gesehen hat. kein extremes Manko, jedoch auffällig, der Wasserstrahl des Wasserhahns, geht so knapp am Rand des Beckens vorbei, dass man immer am Waschbeckenrand anstößt, wenn man sich die Hände wäscht.
