Camera spaziosa, abbastanza pulita. Hotel comodo per la vicinanza all’aeroporto, ma non se si vuole vedere la città.

Really clean room and nice staff
The pool was at the wrong side of the building. Therefore there was only shadow what made it really cold at the pool. If i’d known that I wouldn’t book the place
Nothing. The hotel bathroom is old and not clean, poorly placed and very bad staff. One of the worst. I had to move to another hotel and lost 2 paid days.
Very noisy I was on the 15th floor. People were shouting and screening and ringing bells all night. We called the receptionist 3 times and nothing has been done. We could not sleep. The second morning they wanted to change our room rather than notifying the other guests to stop shouting all night.
The breakfast is very bad all Indonesian food and nothing international.

Best recommended affordable staycation place in the heart of Surabaya city with comfortable room, reasonable room rate, chocolate hour 5 - 6 PM for Accor members, nice pool, nice breakfast and good hotel ambience. Thank you Mr Raffa, Ms Naftali, Mr Reza, Ms Bianca for amazing chocolate hour, Ms Ningrum for efficient check in and warm welcome, Ms Felicia for pre-arrival follow up, Mr Raihan, Mr Malik, and to all Movenpick Surabaya staffs for great hospitality and services.
