Service staff very friendly and helpful
Very comfortable room and delicious breakfast in a former church. Very close to Glover Garden and not too far from China town. The Harbour view is great
Nothing. We knew it’s a bit out of town so no surprise for us. The bus stop is close and it’s easy to get into town by bus
A little bit of walk from subway but still close to the Tenjin shopping area, a lot of restaurants nearby. The room is larger than an average hotel in japan, neat and clean. The toilet and the bathing area is separate which is also a nice thing to have.
Since there are many restaurants and nightlife nearby, it’s quite noisy at night even after midnight. For people who need to leave their luggage at the hotel, you just put the luggages on the ground floor but everybody could go and get your items (staff said they take no responsibility), which is quite a unpleasant surprise because this is quite usual for other hotels to give you a tag and keep your items on check in/check out day if you’re a hotel guest (no that they should take all responsibility but at least give you some comfort). And you may also want to make sure you don’t leave any valuables in the hotel coz everyone can go in to the hotel lift, press any floor they like without the need to present their key cards.
地點 市區方便 看運河景👏床很舒服 房間寛敞 有浴缸可泡澡 服務人員友善
All, spacious clean and reasonably priced
Nothing
La posizione era comoda
Il letto non era un king size e abbiamo dovuto dormire in 4 sul letto matrimoniale (bambine di 8 e 9 anni, non proprio comodo)
We cannot recommend this hotel enough!!
We had such a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, the staff were lovely, and the afternoon tea was such a special and thoughtful touch.
A special thank you to Indira, who was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful! She truly made our experience even more memorable with her amazing hospitality.
Thank you again for everything!!
.
The room was spacious and I liked the way the bathroom was divided into three defined areas - the sink/dressing area, the bath/shower area, and the toilet area, all with their own doors. I also appreciate the thoughtful touches in the bathroom, i.e. the little stool, and also the basin/wash bowl which you can use to soak your undies and socks in before hand-washing them. I also liked the way the hotel laid out a table with all the bath essentials (individually-wrapped shower caps, toothbrushes, cotton buds, cotton pads, hair brushes, face/body wash, body lotion, bath granules) so that you can take what you only need each day. The seating area outside the hotel was also a lovely and comfortable place to chill and chat. The self-check in kiosk was also an interesting feature of the hotel and provided an interesting experience for guests. The one-off afternoon tea set for guests when they have checked in was also a nice gesture. And there's a good (chargeable) parking lot directly opposite the hotel, in the compound of this hotel's sister hotel (One Terrace Fukuoka).
The self-check in experience could be a bit annoying for guests who have just arrived at the hotel after a long flight. Other than that, we didn't have any complaints.
