Not our favorite place.
Pros:

The room was fairly nice, but expensive.

Cons:

There were two things that really were bothersome about this property. First, for $300 per night, they didn’t service the room. The only service they provide is new towels. Bathrooms? Not cleaned. Beds? Not made. Toilets? Not scrubbed. This hotel is not Japanese owned and you can tell. For $300 per night, this is not the right level of service for hotels in Japan. We’ve not stayed anywhere in the world at that price where the room isn’t serviced. The second issue was the noise. From the third floor, close to the river, the partyers were prevalent all night up until we woke at 6:00. We would not repeat.

모든것이 좋았음
Pros:

위치는 텐진과 캐널시티 모두 도보로 가기도 좋고 공항에서 오기도 나쁘지않은 위치입니다. 주변도 깨끗하고 주말 다른호텔보다 가격대비 방 구조도 넓었습니다
애프터눈티도 받아 좋았고 화장실도 넓고 깨끗했습니다

테라스가 있는 방은 내부 방구조가 좁아 스탠다드 룸을 더 추천합니다

場所的にはすごく良かったです！
Pros:

部屋は綺麗でスタッフさんの対応も良かったです。

Cons:

連泊の場合部屋の清掃が無くゴミ回収とタオル交換だけだったのでグラス類は使い回しになります。窓が1ミリも開かないので換気ができなかったです。

Loved our stay here. Best of our trip so far
Pros:

Everything. The room we booked was so spacious. The room itself was lovely. The location was close to the river where the yatai stalls are. The complimentary afternoon tea was delicious. I would book here again if I returned to Fukuoka.
