Very friendly welcome on arrival, also very prompt to answer emails before arriving.
The room was exceptionally clean.
The room was light and bright so I could actually see to put my make up on! And could see how clean the room and bathroom were.
The breakfast was delicious, very fresh, the staff working in the breakfast room were lovely and kept the breakfast room spotless, they were constantly cleaning up and replenishing food.
The coffee was also very good.
I liked that there were lots of vegan options, including alpro yogurt and milk, I didn’t have to ask for them which is rare for most hotels I have stayed in.
The location was good easy reach of train station and tram, 20 min walk in to centre/attractions so didn’t actually need to take the tram.
Deserves much higher star rating.

Cons:

I would have liked a mirror on the desk so I could see to straighten my hair.

Otherwise everything was perfect.

Bon point de départ si vous souhaitez visiter Gand, Bruxelles et Bruges.
Pros:

Chambre agréable, lit confortable, personnel disponible et bienveillant.
Très bon petit déjeuner.
L hôtel est proche de la gare et à environ 25 minutes à pieds du centre ville.
Possibilité stationner son véhicule dans le petit parking sous l'hôtel (supplément de 18€/ nuit).
Les boissons (café/eau/tisane) à disposition près du hall.
Les parapluies en prêt.

Cons:

Le sol de la chambre un peu froid et pas très agréable si vous aimez marcher pieds nus.
Fenêtres occulté par des rideaux laissant passer le jour par le bas et les côtés.

Pros:

Très bon hôtel, chambre avec baignoire et salle de bain lumineuse. Le lit est confortable et la chambre spacieuse. L’accueil de l’hôtel est agréable, avec un plan mis à disposition indiquant les monuments à proximité de l’hôtel.
