La semplicità dell'arredamento, la vista dalla finestra, la posizione. Colazione buona e abbondante.
Lo staff non sembra bene informato, dà indicazioni stradali piuttosto confuse.
Praticamente non c'è la possibilità di chiamare un taxi, l'albergo chiama solo quelli di una determinata ditta, che arrivano dopo 15-20 minuti nel migliore dei casi, ma qualche volta non sono proprio disponibili.
Non c'è possibilità di comunicare dalla stanza alla reception, che in ogni caso chiude alle 23.00.

The hotel is in an excellent location when arriving by train.
The reception service was excellent, and the staff was highly attentive to our requests.
Breakfast offered good choices, the Wi-Fi was smooth, and the room keycard worked perfectly with no hiccups.
I have health issues and am normally very picky about mattresses, but I fell asleep easily and felt incredibly comfortable.
To be picky: while the bathroom looks fancy, the size and shape of the basin are dreadfully impractical, causing water to easily spill out onto the surrounding furniture. However, the cleaning service was good.
Very modern, clean and well appointed hotel and room. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had a great range and quality.

Hit the jackpot with this hotel. Starting off it was so easy to get to and located so near the train station .. didn't even need to Google map it after the first time (win for me as someone who has terrible sense of direction 😂) The area around felt so safe and very quiet in the evenings. The receptionist was so kind and friendly. Showed me a map and recommended things nearby. While I went off exploring and waiting for checkin, they bought my cases up to the room so I didn't have to lug them up myself. That's never happened for me before! Room was big and extremely clean, had everything I needed and a nice view. Honestly cannot fault this place!

The hotel is near train station, and there are some restaurants, supermarket and a famous galeto shop. The staff is helpful - she gave me a map to let us explore Gent. Thank you!
