Pros:

Desde a chegada fui muito bem recebida, excelente café da manhã. Os funcionários da recepção são perfeitos!!!

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar. Deixaram ua lata de Coca cola aberta sobre a bancada, só que eu não consumi nenhum refrigerante do frigobar e deixaram a bandeja com restos de alimentos de uma refeição que eu havia feito na noite anterior. Foi preciso eu chamar para recolher.

Estuve de paso una noche. En una habitación de calidad mas económica, pero era comoda y estaba limpia, sin lujos. El hotel en general es agradable y limpio, pero no es muy nuevo.

Cons:

Al ingresar a la habitación no estaban los juegos de toallas y toallones. Y al momento de ducharnos nos encontramos el dosificador de shampoo vacio (un detalle).

Hotel apenas para férias, não serve para quem vai a trabalho.
Pros:

Limpeza é o ponto alto, café da manhã também muito bom com variedade (só peça tapioca se tiver tempo para esperar). O hotel atende muito bem!

Cons:

Problemas acontecerem é normal, a diferença é como o hotel os resolve. Fiquei no apto 207 do prédio antigo e o chuveiro molhava mais fora do box do que dentro do próprio box além do box estar entupido e com 5 minutos de banho a água escorrer pelo banheiro inteiro. Fiz a reclamação e resolveram a parte do chuveiro, porém o box seguiu entupido e alagando tudo. O Wi-Fi é péssimo, quem for a trabalho e precisar de Wi-Fi, não se hospedes nesse hotel, pois o sinal é quase inexistente e te impossibilita de trabalhar. A recepção tem poucos atendentes o que te faz ficar esperando um tempo para chegar a sua vez.

Maravilhosa!
Pros:

Gostei do atendimento das camareiras, educadas, prestativas, fomos bem atendidos também pelos recepcionistas, em especial, uma moça, branca, cabelos pretos e longos, e um rapaz barbudo.

Cons:

Não há problemas pontuais, entretanto, uma sugestão, colocar tomadas na área do terraço e no espaço de hidromassagem.
