Over all a satisfied stay
Pros:

Location, staff behavior and cleanliness. Initially they allocated room on ground floor by requested to change to any other floor and the staff at front desk helped us getting another floor. She was so helpful.

Cons:

Room is bit small. But for this location it cannot be a complaint

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. I’ll definitely recommend the hotel to my frds and family.
Pros:

The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and well maintained. There were facilities of drying cloths, everyday laundry and next day return. Ground floor rooms with courtyards were user friendly for elderly. Breakfast was delicious with varieties of option. The hotel was nearby to the Biswanathji temple and the Ganges ghat. Additionally, I enjoyed shopping benarasi silk in the shop attached to the hotel.

Pleasant, value for money and central location near temple and ghat. Eateries and market open till late.
Pros:

Nice location. As far as one can go by car. In future cable car from airport can drop at less than 100 m from hotel.
Staffs are very dedicated. The owner Harshit was very reliable and arranged everything including managing VIP seats in Ganga Aarti and also darshan.
Nice restaurant with delicious food.

Nothing in particular.

It was good and as expected. The location, food quality and reception team was excellent.

Location was ideal. Rooms were clean and well appointed, Breakfast choices could be better.

Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas bon. Très peu d’options. L’eau chaude était tiède, et avoir su, nous n’aurions pas choisi un hotel si proche des ghats; c’était vraiment très bruyant

Pros:

Overall very good experience with understanding staff willing to go out of the way to fulfil costumers need.

Location is amazingly centrally located and all temples and ghats accessible within 10 mins walking distance.

Breakfast and Food was really good and tasty!!

Cons:

Facilities could have been managed better with more transparency on check in and check out timing. We had requested for early checking as arrived in Varanasi early in the morning. However, room was only available at regular checkin time and we had to wait for 4-5 hrs for room to be ready after the whole night journey. However staff was able to provide temporary room for sometime to freshen up.

Air-con in restaurant at 2nd floor didn’t work properly. However it was fixed on our last day of the trip.
Restaurant's staff could be little more proactive in managing the tables!!

It is okay if vicinity to the temple and Dashashwamedh ghat are key

The location is convenient, the staff are helpful.

Cons:

The AC didn’t work properly in the room and neither in their restaurant. The breakfast selection and à la carte options were substandard for the money being charged
