It is on a good location, We came down for school clothes shopping, Target, Walmart, Old Navy etc.
Pros:

Location was good, staff was great. Trigger if you have sensitivity to smell, hotel is old and does not have a pleasant smell. Room was clean with exception of the floor was extremely dirty(kids socks were black from walking on the floor) no carpet. Mirror had finger prints all over it. Beds very comfortable, pillows need some love. Overall for the price it was good. All the things that were an issue we were able to clean ourselves, except the smell in the hall.

The jacuzzi was excellent

Cons:

The a/c didn't work and when we got to our room at first, it was about 98 degrees in there, and it made my wife sick of minor heat exhaustion, and after almost 4 hours it was finally fixed, but we wasted the first day of our honeymoon on treating her heat exhaustion and, I was really disappointed about that, because it made me very stressed out about her safety. And if I would have known about that I would have booked a different room, that had working ac and not wasted a good sum of money on it.

Location to freeway, pool

Cons:

Toilet ran all night and bed was not very comfortable. Did not sleep well. Staff achnowled the toilet has had issues but unable to compensate as it was booked through booking.

The place looks outdated and a bit ran down. Walls were peeling and carpet had several stains.

Best Western has always been solid. This is my worst motel visit in years

Cons:

Front NE corner has tons of vehicle noise had trouble sleeping because of loud vehicle and semi air breaks. Breakfast was atrocious, the egg discs were cardboard adjacent. Pancake maker didn’t work and biscuits and gravy also terrible.
