Le service , on pourrais s’attendre à un cocktail de bien venu , je ne sais pas si sa ne se fait pas ou si on a était oublier .

Unfortunately, we weren't able to stay at this hotel because our flights were canceled and we didn't make it to Reunion. However, the staff was very understanding about our travel difficulties and allowed us to cancel our reservation free of charge, even though we hadn't purchased this option. Thank you very much for your understanding. We will definitely use the hotel's services in the future.
