Quizás la decoración de la habitación era algo extraña para mi gusto.

No poder regular el aire acondicionado manualmente, tuve que pedirlo en recepción.

Somewhat of a mixed bag.
Pros:

The hotel was originally built in the 1300's and of course has undergone numerous rebuilding and renovations. Mozart stayed there. The room was spacious and I liked my view. The housekeeping staff was accommodating. The location is excellent.

Cons:

The front desk were not all that helpful. I was told the Nordette Cable car was open even though when I went out there it was closed because they were transitioning the cars from winter cars to summer cars. I do feel the front desk should have known this because it is a major tourist attraction in Innsbruck. When I mentioned to them my trip was in vain, they didn't acknowledge that this was something they should have known.

Das Zimmer war komplett ausgestattet. Die Lage ist top!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war uns für zwei Erwachsene zu klein. Das Frühstück war und zu teuer. Das Hotel war teilweise eingerüstet - Baulärm ab 6.30 Uhr. Preis/Leistung war im Grenzbereich.
Stimmt beim Abendessen das Verhältnis von Preis/Leistung?

Really pleasant stay which could have been really great with a few small changes.
Pros:

Super location and filled with history, notable guests have ranged from Mozart to Jean Paul Satre!

Great restaurant just outside (try the Schnitzl) and super friendly bar staff.

Cons:

Few gaps including no fridge / mini bar, no robes…no frills. Seemed onus was on guests to ask…

Property was being restored so there was a fair bit of noise. To be fair there were apologetic notices - earplugs would have been better.

Great location.
Pros:

The location was great and the staff very friendly.

Cons:

Only one pillow between two people, air conditioning was not working well and scaffolding on the outside of our room.

I thought breakfast is very expensive. But the location is very good. You can have your breakfast outside very cheap. Walking distance for all main attractions. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Other staff are good.

Cons:

The air conditioning is not able to switch up temperature. Caught a damn cold after hiking, when I mention this to staff when I leave, one irresponsible staff said I should call them to switch up for me. But I don't know if you just want to save money and don't do anything, or I can ask you to consume more power. This female staff is very good to switch responsiblities to customer. I Am in heave schedule, you should let me know when I check in. I can't wait in a queue for three hours to get your answer everytime.
