Great location and good stay, but rooms are quite small. Expected more based on price and prestige.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is central and ideally located. The staff were friendly and the history associated with the hotel is great. Although the hotel is old, the rooms have been upgraded, so it felt neat and clean.

Cons:

We expected a classic hotel experience and didn't quite get that. The rooms are quite small and we only had a view of the neighbouring building from one small window. There was no fridge, which would have come in handy for basics like milk. The cost seems a bit high for what you get.

Thank you for helping us have a relaxing night and day spent in the beautiful city of Innsbruck!
Pros:

Excellent location, right in the heart of Innsbruck! Amazing access to a selection of restaurants, shops and activities. The Mattress was very comfortable & Staff very friendly. We also requested to leave our big rucsac’s for the day and they happily accepted this. This made the following day much easier to get around before out train out of innsbruck that evening.

Cons:

The pillows were very flat.

Pros:

This is the oldest Inn in Innsbruck- we are told that Goethe slept in our room many years ago! It is a stunning old house, beautifully and sensitively transformed into a modern hotel. We loved the friendly and professional staff, and location couldn't be beaten- we could see the Golden Roof from our room.
Breakfast was a lovely selection of local food. The restaurant was super, with great service from such welcoming people. Big, very comfortable bed.

Cons:

The water temperature in the shower varied- but that didn't affect how much we enjoyed the stay.

Tolle Lage - historisches Ambiente - Ausstattung des Zimmers ist in Ordnung

Cons:

Zinmer 309 hat kein Fenster und ist somit ein dunkles Loch! Der Teppichboden fraglich und das Personal eher cool überheblich! Vier Sterne sind nur beim Preis erkennbar!

Wonderful old charm hotel right in the Altstadt of Innsbruck
Pros:

Wonderful old charm hotel right in the Altstadt of Innsbruck - where else could you find a stuffed wild boar's head or antlers on the walls on your way to the breakfast room?
Nice, spacious rooms, good breakfast where they can do an omelet for you, staff very nice and helpful. Restaurant great for dinner as well, although prices bit on a steep side. But you can take a glass of weizen straight from the restaurant to your room.

Cons:

Please note that the hotel is in the historical district which is pedestrian zone. Therefore it is not possible to get with a car directly in front of the hotel. You have to leave your car in one of the underground parking garages around and then go about 300 metres to the hotel. As I was travelling alone just with a small wheel suitcase, no problem for me. For people with children, lots of baggage, skis, etc. may be an issue.

Die wunderschöne Ausstattung des Hotels und natürlich die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Die Lage ist auch bestens.

Cons:

Das Bad war bildschön, aber es fehlte eine Ablage für die vielen Kleinigkeiten , die man so mit sich führt. Ich musste alles am Rand des Waschbeckens abstellen, wo es natüloch den Spritzern ausgesetzt war. Meine Medikamente habe ich auf dem Hocker abgestellt. In der Dusche gibt es keine Notrufleine !
