Hot hot hot room
Pros:

The hotel is in excellent location.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and spacious enough for 1 person

Cons:

There are no cover sheets. There is only a heavy doona which it totally wrong for this time of year.
There is no aircon, not even a fan. Window cannot be opened to let some cool air in during the night. Curtains cannot be closed properly during the day. As a result, the room was very hot the whole time I was there, day and night. I simply could get a good nights sleep.
To make it worse, there is no fridge in the room meaning that I couldn't even have a cold drink.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel in summer months. It might be ok during cooler months.

Great hotel at the heart of Old Town Innsbruck
Pros:

There was free unlimited sparkling or still water downstairs. Location is superb, right in the Old Town, reception is very kind to accommodate inquiries, perfect for a short trip. Rooms were clean and cozy.

Cons:

We got the 1st floor so didn't get to enjoy any view. Would've appreciated if we got one with higher floors but it wasn't accommodated unfortunately. Not a big deal tho.

Ótima estadia num hotel muito confortável
Pros:

Quarto bom tamanho, cama confortável e banheiro com chuveiro e não aquela banheira com cortina muito desagradável de acessar. O banheiro era ótimo. Café da manhã também excelente, farto, variado. Jantar também muito bom, com comida muito boa e farta. Localização excelente

Cons:

Do estacionamento ter sido pago, ainda que com desconto, e de não haver elevador para chegar às vagas, tendo, portanto, que carregar as malas nas escadas. Muito desgastante.

Hotel vlakbij het beroemde gouden dak van Innsbruck
Pros:

De centrale ligging van het hotel in het centrum van Innsbruck is fijn. Parkeren in de Altstadt garage is prima. Via het hotel krijg je een uitrijkaart (18 euro 💶) De gangen, het restaurant en de lobby hebben een museaal karakter, mooi (als je ervan houdt). En er was airconditioning op de kamer.

Cons:

Eigenlijk viel op ons verblijf van 1 nacht niets aan te merken.
