Lovely hotel, great food, friendly staff and fabulous location.
Pros:

Very warm and welcoming staff, lovely room, fantastic location, right in the old town. Had a fabulous meal at the restaurant which I would highly recommend.

Cons:

Signposting from the stairs - if you walk up the stairs from the ground floor they run out at floor 2 with no signposting as to how you continue up to floor 3. But other than that, fabulous thanks.

Such a treat to stay and this historic hotel
Pros:

This is the classic hotel on the square in Innsbruck. So much character and charm. The staff was super helpful. We needed to leave early in the morning and they helped us bring our car into the plaza to load up before working hours began at 9:00. The beds and pillow were very comfortable. Each room and floor has character in the furnishings and amenities.

Loved everything! The 3 different Reception people!

Gute Adresse…
Pros:

Die Lage perfekt. Frühstück sehr gut, aber besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal. So herzlich und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant ist empfehlenswert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Cons:

Teppich im Zimmer. Es gibt jedoch auch Zimmer ohne Teppiche.
