nothing fancy but it has everything I need and want- cleanliness and comfort
Pros:

The location was perfect for us, the cleanliness of the room was exceptional and super comfortable. This will be my go to hotel from now on. It is a 10/10 highly recommend.

Overall it was a pleasant experience.
Pros:

Everything was great breakfast was delicious. Facility was clean and loved the no smoking policy. We used the Gym and pool . We had a great stay. Thank you.

enjoyed our stay near ASU
Pros:

the hot breakfast ran from 7am to 10am and was great. they had a pretty big dining room with lots ot tables available and plenty of food. parking was convenient a day free. right next to the highway so it was perfect for sightseeing and driving around. also near ASU so lots of food options. also very close to historic downtown mesa so there was great access to many things to do.

Cons:

honestly there really was not anything we disliked. it was a great experience

Cons:

I was told when checking in that I did not have reservations. Then when I provide email confirmation, she stated my reservation was canceled by yall. I was left with 2 children with no place to stay. Found a room last min, which ended up being more expensive. We also ended up being late for spring training game that afternoon. Due to this.

Very nice. Good location.
Pros:

The Holiday Inn Express in Tempe is right off the 202 Fwy in Tempe, which is a very good location for north Phx area, Scottsdale, etc. The room was very comfortable and clean. They provided an apt sized fridge, microwave!!! WOW Vegas does not even provide those anymore (shameful!) Anita and Stephan were very helpful when I needed to add an extra night to my reservation, which I made thru booking.com. Our room was on the side of the fwy and off ramp, so it was a little loud, but did not keep me awake. 10 min Lyft ride to baseball field and 10 min Lyft ride to Casino Arizona. If I need to stay in that area, no problem in staying there again.

Cons:

How can you prop the door open to room while taking things in? it is a small doorway and doors are heavy.
