تجربتي في هذا الفندق كانت غير مرضية للأسف. عند الوصول واجهنا صعوبة كبيرة في الوصول إلى السيارة، وخدمة الفاليه باركن بطيئة جداً، حيث اضطررنا للانتظار أكثر من ساعتين بسبب الازدحام.

كما أن مستوى النظافة في الغرفة لم يكن جيداً، حيث وُجدت بعض الأوساخ، بالإضافة إلى عدم توفر مناديل في الحمام. والأسوأ من ذلك أن المصعد تعطل أثناء توجهنا إلى الغرفة، مما سبب لنا إزعاجاً كبيراً.

أتمنى من إدارة الفندق تحسين مستوى الخدمة والنظافة وصيانة المرافق لضمان راحة النزلاء مستقبلاً

מלון מפואר מיקום מרכזי קרוב להכל צוות מאוד אדיב שדרגו לנו את החדר לחדר יותר גדול ללא תמורה נוספת . תמיד יש מענה ודואגים שהלקוח יהיה מרוצה . תודה ענקית למוחמד שחאדאת היה אחראי על נקיון של החדר דאג שכל יום החדר יהיה מסודר ונקי ותמיד שאל אם חסר משהו

שירות החניה מורכב מאוד . התחלנו לחנות את הרכב בעצמנו אחרי שכמעט הרכב הלך לאיבוד בגלל זלזול של העובדים . בנוסף שירות הכביסה מאוד יקר שילמנו 1500 דרהם על כביסה של הילדים זה ממש המון

Very bad experience, won’t be repeated again

The gym

Cons:

Staff unable to handle the hotel and guests when the hotel is fully booked. The elevator takes ages to arrive plus the hotel staff use the same elevator as the clients which makes things more worse. Room is outdated and the fridge was broken. Valet parking not available after midnight, which they make guest park in an opposite building and walk all the way to the hotel. Bell boy took 40 mins to arrive in order to collect the luggage.
