Overall very good, but would benefit from better attention to detail and training
Pros:

The room was well appointed, tastefully decorated and spacious. The breakfast, although pricey, was absolutely superb in terms of both selection and quality - with a range of western, local and east Asian options. The service from the food and beverage teams (both at the breakfast restaurant and pool bars) was consistently excellent - a credit to the hotel. The pool area was also big and very enjoyable to use - the separate toddler's pool was well appreciated.

Cons:

The service from the front of house (reception, porter and taxi coordinators) wasn't great in the sense that nobody knew what was going on - on several occasions we were told one thing, when the reality is another. But frankly, this is often the case throughout the UAE...

The view from so high up could be exceptional, however the room windows were so dirty that this was obscured.

While the location is central, it's in an area that is still very much under construction. Supermarkets or restaurants are still a taxi ride away.

الهدوء والراحه في الغرفه. تصميم المكان. وحجم الغرفه.

Cons:

مسألة عدم ادخال الطلبات للفندق بحيث يجب علي النزول للاستلام من نقطه معينه. منع شرب الكوفي او العصائر في منطقة اللوبي لو كانت من خارج الفندق
