A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

The room

Cons:

The service is was very bad , they late for everything check-in & check-out, I told them at the reception that I’m on hurry I need may luggage but they to took 40 min late I had to go down to bring it my self.
Moreover, they late again more than 40 minutes to bring my car plus I went down to pickup my car quickly.
However, the hotel more like a nightclub not recommended for families.

I liked the AC control (Eco mode), cofee machine, Mirror and TV inside it.

Cons:

The existing chair and table. The chair should be ergonomic, the table needs to be steady (it was moving). The basin is so shallow that the water will spread on your clothes while washing the hands/ brushing.

Cons:

Purtroppo ho avuto un’esperienza che mi ha lasciata molto perplessa. Al bar avevo ordinato un succo di frutta. Poco dopo ho visto un cameriere, alto e magro, con i capelli raccolti, che teneva in mano un bicchiere di plastica con circa metà del succo e stava aspettando l’ascensore per portarlo al ristorante al piano superiore e completare il mio ordine.

Sono rimasta scioccata e gli ho chiesto cosa stesse facendo. Per lui sembrava una cosa del tutto normale, ma io l’ho trovata poco professionale e non conforme agli standard di igiene e sicurezza che ci si aspetta da una struttura di questo livello.

Per questo consiglio di rafforzare i controlli sul personale e sulle procedure, così da garantire maggiore sicurezza e tranquillità a tutti i clienti.

عند وصولي للفندق لتسجيلي الدخول تأخرت تقريبا 40 دقيقة ويوجد زحمة عند المصعد والغرفة غير نظيفة مليئة بالغبار ولا انصح للسكن العائلي.
