Pros:

Le personnels est très agréable, merci au jeune homme qui est venu pour notre tele ,chambre 221.merci pour sa gentillesse. Tres bon petit déjeuner, j aime beaucoup cet hotel. Que de bon souvenirs.

Fueron muy amables siempre. El dia de salida nos guardaron las maletas y pudimos utilizar la piscina hasta la hora de la recogida.

We came late and the first thing the receptionist (Berkoy, Furkan) did was to offer refreshments, that was so nice. Also we felt special we were always greeted friendly, they opened the doors for us prepared a bottle of water in the room and many really nice things besides keeping everything clean. Bilgen was keeping our room exceptionally clean and tidy and she was also giving us a little surprise, we were really feeling like visiting family. If ever we come back to Istanbul this will be the first hotel to look for a room. And all in all my kids just loved the cats, one was every morning coming up to the 3rd floor to greet us.

Un bel hôtel, avec un emplacement central
Pros:

L'emplacement (à 10 min à pied de Sultanahmet), très central, mais calme (il y a un parc juste en face pour les enfants). La literie, la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel et tous les services associés sont tops : piscine, spa, sauna/hammam, transferts aéroport, croisières, petits services divers.
Un super hôtel!

Cons:

Il manquait peut-être des couvertures pour les nuits fraiches (nous n'avons pas demandé)

Pros:

Breakfast was great. I loved the location and the rooftop terrrace was top-notch. The parking space was a plus and we liked Bilce, our cleaning lady. She was always smiling and happy to help.

Cons:

the wi fi in the room was poor. You had to sit in certain spots so as to get apropriate data connection.
