Funny smell in room. Streaming service needed our own account.
Friendly staff, clean, quick service.
The bathroom sink wasn't draining, and it got fixed the next day after I asked reception for a fix.
The Bistro gets busy in the morning, so take that into consideration if you need to leave on time.
The location is almost at the edge of the city, but still walkable to the university area (~1 hr), and ride-share is pretty cheap (~10$).

Not much to do in the hotel nor around the area for kids. Not a lot of free tv channels

The room wasn't ready and they made us feel unimportant.
Check-in staff was not helpful
First room - bathtub stop was leaking and would not hold water. Moved to another room.

Shower valve was loose and a little faulty, went from cold to scalding, figured it out eventually that you have to press on the valve to turn it
And TV remote didn't work great, but wasn't a great concern
The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The heat did not work the first night. They did get it going eventually. The room was not cleaned well the second day. The bathroom was not cleaned or restocked. Coffee and tea was not re stocked. The only thing the did was make te bed.
The people are so friendly and the food at the Bistro was fantastic! Front desk staff, restaurant staff and cleaning staff were all tiop notice!
