Pleasant stay for one night.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with helpful friendly staff.

Cons:

Outside pool was cold.
Room had a brick middle partition which restricted any air flow and natural light from the window to where the beds were.
No air conditioning, the fan provided was so noisy but needed it on all night. No plug sockets at all one side of the room so had to put the fan on a chair.

Excellent 2 night stay for all my family at a wonderful location and provided excellent food and service

Pros:

Mooie locatie , het eten is lekker zonder het woord speciaal te gebruiken. Niet al teveel keuze en veel vegetarisch. Ontbijt was matig , waterige vruchtensappen. De locatie is zeer goed voor lange wandelingen in de natuur.

Cons:

Kamers zijn klein , zeer oppervlakkig proper , voelt eerder niet proper aan. Douche is compleet achterhaald en klein. Ontzettend warme kamer die niet fris te krijgen is zonder airco . Er staat een ventilator maar die maakt ontzettend veel lawaai en hou je een hand ervoor voel je niks. Heel het hotel voelt oud aan (en dan bedoel ik niet Engels oud maar gewoon oud). Zowat overal zou een grondige schoonmaak en renovatie beurt kunnen gebruiken. Het is zéér overpriced.

perfect for relaxing stay
Pros:

清潔でスタッフやその他宿泊客の皆さんが感じが良かった。バーカウンターにいけば夜中でも冷たい水やビールをいただけた。
Ice roomという空調の効いた部屋があり、静かでリラックスできた。浅い屋内プールがあり、子供も楽しく泳ぐことができた。

Cons:

部屋に冷蔵庫がない。
レストランの食事はメニューは多いが、毎日同じなので長期滞在すると飽きるかもしれない。
部屋は清掃され、ベッドメイクもされたがタオルの交換がなかった。

Cons:

Very tired hotel, aircon in the room but not working so we had to use fans and leave windows open which meant my kids were eaten alive by mosquitos. Everything was old and definitely not 4 star hotel like. Breakfast was also below average

Sweet place. But you should come by car, as their restaurant is not available when you need it.
Pros:

Staff was lovely. Really lovely.

Cons:

The only thing we found completely crazy was to close the kitchen at 8.30 p.m. on a Saturday evening - in a hotel that is outside of town.

very disappointed as it was booked for my husbands birthday
Pros:

breakfast was lovely great selection cooked breakfast was hot.
bed was really comfortable
outside terrace was lovely

Cons:

room was extremely hot .
fridge was not cold, either could not cope with temperature or broken we did report this twice but not acted upon
tv did not work until we had reported this twice
Being rung during our first full day advising us we were moving rooms which we had not been told about . This was resolved after 3 phone calls while we were out

Could do with a good clean everywhere

The location is fantastic

Cons:

The toilet had not been cleaned no toilet paper or paper towels. Bins were overflowing with paper just spoilt it.

Location and staff were excellent but the room let it down .

The staff were lovely and so was the location.

Cons:

We paid for a superior room and the room was poor quality it’s hard to flush the toilet, toilet stay up , wash hand pug didn’t seal. Furniture was dated there was scuff maths on the skirting. No air conditioning.

Cons:

The WIFI didn't work in the rooms, only in the lobby. Under the bed, we found garbage, and we had an issue with the shower that was later fixed by the staff, but we expected to get a working shower in the room; we got there during a heat wave, and there is no AC in the room

Very nice property in great location. The Pool outside was a god send, due to the temperature.

Cons:

The pool could do with some sort of rails to get in and out of. Also would have been nice to have swept the entrance are each morning to remove the leaves and dust from the previous day. Would have been nice to have Aircon

I was expecting a more up to date room and better experience for the price I paid.
Pros:

Nice gardens to have a drink
Lovely quiet location
Good quality breakfast

Cons:

Rooms dated - disappointed especially as we paid for an upgrade
Room exceptionally hot even with windows open all night and fan on (that didn't help). Although I recognise it has been very hot, more efficient solutions needed - eg air con units
Drinks over priced
Lots of dogs around us at breakfast
Broken coffee machine at breakfast which limited choices

Pros:

Location is excellent, and hotel and grounds beautiful.
Was wonderful having both indoor and out door pools. Not good to have to pay extra now to use sauna etc.
Food very tasty with good choice. Staff friendly, very attentive and really listened to for my booking request. Thank you

Cons:

Having to pay extra for spa sauna etc, when cost of stay is very expensive, should be included.
