Alles in Allem ok, wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Unsere Hunde waren Willkommen und wir hatten vom Hotel sogar Fressnäpfe im Zimmer. Dankeschön.

Meiden!!! Schrecklich!!!

Praktisch wegen Nähe zum Bahnhof und man so in 25 Minuten in Florenz ist. Prato selbst hat uns enttäuscht. Muss man nicht gesehen haben. Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bett gut.

Cons:

Wir wollten, als wir das 4 (???!!!) Sterne-Hotel von außen sahen, ehrlich gesagt, einfach nur weg! Wir haben noch nie so ein hässliches, heruntergekommenes Plattenbau-Hotel gesehen, wirklich gruselig und leider wurde es innen nicht viel besser: die Badtür kaputt, ging nicht zu, schäbiges, dreckiges Bad, der Putz fällt von den Wänden, der Stuhl am Schreibtisch hatte nur 3 von 4 intakten Beinen (ergo unbrauchbar). Wände aus Papier und die Putzfrauen begannen am Sonntag ab 6 Uhr Früh lauthals schimpfend (man hat jedes Wort verstanden) zu "putzen" (da nicht sauber) und Möbel hin und her zu schieben (das ging bis mindestens 10 Uhr kontinuierlich um uns herum, dann sind wir wirklich geflohen).

Wir hatten kein Frühstück, das wurde beim Checkin auch trocken festgestellt, ohne uns anzubieten, eines dazu zu buchen. Sicher besser so...

Wenigstens hatten wir am Abend zuvor wirklich Glück: die Osteria "La veccia cucina di Soldano" gleich ums Eck von dieser Absteige ist wirklich ein Tipp: super-leckere toskanische Küche, hervorragende Qualität zu guten Preisen und super-freundlicher Service!

Vicinanza al centro

Cons:

Gentile Direttore con la presente la informo che ho selezionato il suo Hotel per il mio soggiorno a Prato dal 14 al 17 perchè dotato di parcheggio privato (come descritto su Booking). Poichè Vi erano dei lavori Enel per il giorno 15 dalle h.9, con dei mezzi che avrebbero potuto impedire l'accesso anche al Vs.garage, ho interpellato la reception che mi ha suggerito di parcheggiare l'auto in un'area di fronte l'hotel che a loro dire sarebbe stata giudicata tranquillissima. Purtroppo per me così non è stato avendo ritrovato la mattina del 15 l'auto col finestrino spaccato (vedasi fattura allegata). Questo mi ha creato un forte disagio  ed anzichè trascorrere la giornata coi miei nipotini ho dovuto buttare una giornata per me di vacanza, in giro per Prato a Piedi sotto la pioggia battente alla ricerca di un riparatore vetri. Inoltre le comunico altresì che la stanza (202) è in condizioni non idonee ad un hotel a 4 stelle con soffitto ammuffito (credo per infiltrazioni) e pareti che necessiterebbero di ritinteggiatura. Sempre il giorno 15 la stanza da me lasciata alle h.9 per ricerca riparatore vetro auto, risultava non pulita e con i letti disfatti. Possibile che dalle h.9 alle h.14 in cui sono rientrato nonostante il cartoncino verde (si prega di rifare la stanza) essa non sia stata rifatta? Alla luce di ciò sarebbe per me opportuno, ottenere un adeguato risarcimento almeno per ciò che concerne la riparazione dell'auto. La saluto cordialmente Fabrizio Pellicciotti. Questa era la mail di rimostranze inviata al direttore dell'hotel una settimana fa a cui a tutt'oggi non ho avuto alcuna risposta.
