Pros:

Very spacious and comfortable rooms, beds and bathrooms. It was nice to stay in the Museum area. The downstairs lobby area is big and good for hanging out in if you are waiting to catch your train or flight. We would stay again!

good location, close to metro and nice scenery
Pros:

I really enjoyed the beautiful view from my room. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated having a TV to relax with after a long day.

The lobby was cozy and nicely decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I especially liked the common area, which was a comfortable place to sit, relax, and unwind.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank the Asian staff member, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and provided excellent service.

Cons:

The elevators were very slow and often took a long time to arrive, especially during busy hours. At times, one of the elevators was out of service, making the wait even longer. This was quite inconvenient, particularly when carrying luggage or returning to the room after a long day.

Lovely comfortable hotel.
Pros:

This hotel was great.
It's in a lovely location very near the Rijksmuseum.
The whole hotel was very modern and clean. All the staff were friendly and very helpful.
We will definitely be going back.

Pros:

Our room was lovely, with the huge windows overlooking a canal. There was plenty of activity on the canal and we enjoyed watching the boats.

Cons:

It is difficult to get heavy luggage up the steps to the check-in desk. Some help would have been nice.
