Beautiful hotel, very modern
The breakfast was fantastic! Had lots of options and everything was delicious. The room was comfortable. The location was perfect for what we wanted to see around the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
La ubicación es perfecta. El hotel es hermoso... tanto las habitaciones como las zonas comunes. El lobby es muy acogedor y tiene una zona con sillones y una especie de "hogar" que es muy lindo para pasar el rato. Teníamos vista a un canal. La encargada del hotel es una chica Argentina muy amable y atenta. Lo disfrutamos mucho
Me olvidé un cinturón en la habitación y desapareció. No fui capaz de recuperarlo y estoy seguro que quedó en el hotel
I loved the quiet residential area surrounding the hotel, it was pretty close to metros and transportation.
We arrived very early but the staff was very nice and welcoming, keeping our luggage while we were strolling around the city. They even sent us a message when the room was ready, which was a gesture we appreciated a lot.
The faucet in our bathroom’s sink was not very stable and in general the room temperature was very cold even if I set the ac to a higher degree.
There was a smart tv in our room but we were told that chromecast is being implemented so it was not functioning yet. To ask this question we had to call through our personal phone since the one in the room didn’t work.
Room was clean and tidy. Great location and we had a lovely view of the canal.
Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. We had to evacuate. We were disappointed with the lack of directions and organization of the evacuation. No staff were on hand to assist or direct people. Hotel needs to practice evacuation drills.

Great location. Nice room with view of canal.
Way too expensive and think we were confused with Booking on price for our 2 rooms. With that said, complimentary breakfast should have been included at that exorbitant price.

Good size room and excellent breakfast buffet. The staff were very helpful.
Only stayed the one night.
The location was perfect close to museums, bus and trams easy walks to central areas and markets. The rooms are spacious clean and modern.

Very clean, large room and we booked a room with a great view of the canal. Facilities in good order. Excellent location 5-10mins walk to art museums
