Lovely hotel near the museums and would definitely come back the next time.
Pros:

Hotel is 15 minutes away from the major museums and there are a lot of interesting restaurants and shops in this area. We had a 6th floor room looking over the canal and the rest of the city and the view was amazing. The room itself is simple and clean and everything was very comfortable. There was even a yoga mat in the room so doing yoga looking at the beautiful view was spectacular. We used the exercise room which was simple and perfect for a 30 minute cardio workout. The hotel met all our needs and exceeded them.

Pros:

First of all, wonderful stuff. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Clean, quiet, and with all the basic amenities in the room. Water in Amsterdam is drinkable. You don't need to buy it. And the best thing was the fantastic Breakfast. From fresh vegetables and fruits to cheeses and ham's. Or you just order an omelet from the staff. Fresh croissants, free juices, tea or coffee to your choice. Perfect.

Cons:

The hotel is near the city center, a 30-minute walk, but both the tram and metro station are a 10-minute walk from the hotel, which is not that grait with the suitcases.

Great location and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Great location, the snack and drinks area and lounge were exceptional.

Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and the lighting in the room was very poor.

Great location, incredible view
Pros:

The hotel is very modern and stylish. We had a room with the view which was just incredible , especially at sunrise. The room was very spacious and the bed was very big and comfortable. The hotel has a 24/7 self service food and drinks area where you can purchase snacks and wine to have comfortably there or take to the room which was very convenient.

Nice location, nice staff, nice room, funky smell in the hallway.
Pros:

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The location was close to the museums and easy to find transportation from.

Cons:

The smell in the hallway on our floor was horrible, like sewage. Quite unpleasant when exiting the elevator.

The bathroom shower was nice with a fire-hose of water pressure, but because there was only a little part of a shower door and so much pressure it was very easy to accidentally get the whole room wet with everything else in it.

Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic! Had lots of options and everything was delicious. The room was comfortable. The location was perfect for what we wanted to see around the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Staff needed to be on call for fire drills.
Pros:

Room was clean and tidy. Great location and we had a lovely view of the canal.

Cons:

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. We had to evacuate. We were disappointed with the lack of directions and organization of the evacuation. No staff were on hand to assist or direct people. Hotel needs to practice evacuation drills.
