Disappointing
Cons:

Honestly, it was expensive for the price. I stayed with my 3 boys in a family room for 2 nights. It was double beds and there were only 3 sets of cups and towels. Breakfast as disappointing, there were no eggs on either morning and the coffee machines were down both mornings too. I've been to better Premier Inns and next time would book there first.

Pros:

Restaurant was good service on an evening.

Cons:

Room was very dated & not clean we had cobwebs in our room . Bathroom had an awful smell of cigarettes & shower curtain black with mould . Bar so expensive & no sport on tv one tv was not even on .

Peaceful stay to vist friends and regharge
Pros:

My room was a lovely size with all expected amenities. However the bathroom did have a rather damp smell

Cons:

Lovely stay, great facilities clean & comfortable
Pros:

Stayed in the Thornberry suite and it was lovely, well equipped and spacious.

Cons:

There was no full length mirror in the room which would have been useful as we were attending a black tie event. There is space to put one 😏

Relaxing, comfortable and good food
Pros:

Our room was lovely and there was a birthday cookie and card for my husband. The pool, steam room and jacuzzi were great.

Cons:

Because it was a bank holiday weekend, when we went to book a treatment at the spa, for both days it was fully booked. If I had known what was on offer, and to book ahead, I would have. I was disappointed that I couldn’t book a treatment at the for us.
