Fine for a night away but not a special place we’ll remember.
Pros:

Clean and tidy.

Cons:

Pool being used by children’s swimming lessons so lots of parents poolside and it’s a small area so felt very ‘public’. This out the jacuzzi out of use as it overlooked the children and parents. Weird! Had a leisure centre feel rather than a ‘spa’. Food on the expensive side for some things and had better elsewhere. Very male dominant in most places due to golfing.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful, breakfast facilities were good. Lovely space to enjoy time with my family for drinks, coffee and breakfast. Pool and Spa easy to access and use

Great location, great treatments available & great food. The room itself was the letdown.
Pros:

The treatments & food were lovely. The room was plenty spacious enough.

Cons:

I would’ve scored higher however behind the tv & tv unit was incredibly dusty with cobwebs & the noise from internal pipework/cisterns in the middle of the night was SO loud it kept me awake (room 315)
