Lidt slidt, men rent.

Cons:

Værelser med bad på gangen er meget små. 120 bred seng til 2 personer! Lige det mindste til voksne.

Beliggenheden er okay centralt i forhold til gå af stand til centrum

Cons:

Synes ikke der er oplyst ordentlig omkring forholdene på hotellet. Vores værelse lå øverst og trapperne var små og smalle og havde set at de to værelser vi havde booket skulle dele badeværelse men vi skulle dele med tre andre værelser. Vores seng lugtede rigtig grim og vi bad om rent sengetøj men der blev bare sprøjtet med noget duftfrisker i rummet.

Good walking distance from city centre (15mins) Terrible sleep and uncomfy atmosphere.
Pros:

The location, had shampoo and hairdryer

Cons:

Neighbours are really noisy, bed was uncomfortable and people that stay there were inconsiderate loud. TV broken

Staying there was sure not a pleasant experience.
Pros:

The location and the view.

Cons:

No elevator, very difficult to climb the stairs. Dirty room, poor facilities and your head could touch the ceiling in each bed's one side; it's a bit dangerous.

Staff was nice, but the prices are way too high for what the hotel « offers ». Can’t recommend it and won’t come back.
Pros:

The fact that it’s directly in the middle of the city, nice view from the window. The staff was nice and open to criticisms and did not try to downplay it. Very present for us.

Cons:

The under of the beds weren’t cleaned at all (we found a water bottle that definitely wasn’t ours under mine). There is also no intimacy at all with how our room was tiny (~30cm at best between the two beds) and I couldn’t fully open my case at all. The stairs leading to our room were downright dangerous either for the staff or for us. The shower was also tiny and smelled like enclosed space, although it did look clean. The walls were thin as paper (we literally could hear our neighbors conversation in great details). All of this, price taken in consideration, is too much.

Great spot. Have stayed twice & will do again.
Pros:

Super convenient location with tram stop almost at the door. Able to walk to markets, supermarket & easy tram ride to museum especially Van Gogh Museum. Have stayed here before.

Cons:

Rooms a bit small & stair configuration quirky but adds to the adventure.

Amsterdam is a beautiful city. The hotel room was not. I recommend airbnb before this establishment.
