Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel : tout était très agréable et le personnel a vraiment fait la différence, toujours à l’écoute, disponible, souriant et extrêmement serviable. Ils ont toujours pris le temps de nous aider et de répondre à nos demandes, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable dans un pays où la communication peut parfois être un peu compliquée. Une très belle expérience, nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation !

Loved the location, the hotel and the staff. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip.
Pros:

Close to everything, within walking distance to most places. The staff were very helpful and always accommodating.
A bonus was coming back after a day of sightseeing and having a complimentary snack and drink bar from 6 pm to 10 pm and relax in the guest lounge area.

Cons:

Nothing, could not fault.

Great bar service with free drinks and friendly staff

Cons:

Breakfast includes margarine, poor bread, canned fruit. Terrible quality. We decided not to have breakfast in the hotel due to the poor quality. The Japanese do not have a star registration system for hotels so every hotel can call themselves five stars. I would say this is a three star hotel.
