Pros:

Das Hotel war eine Ruheoase mit perfekter Anbindung an alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ebenfalls gab es jeden Abend eine erstklassige, kostenfreie Open Bar zur Selbstbedienung. Besonders die Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit des Personals haben uns beeindruckt.

Room was clean and location was very good

Cons:

Staff is friendly but english is limited. I went to check for breakfast but selection was limited so I didn’t buy it. Overall hotel was nice but didn’t seem like 5 star hotel

Stylish, free drinks and snacks in the evening

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit limited, some staff had very limited English (I should really have made more effort to to learn some basic Japanese)
Entry to the hotel wasn't immediately obvious!

Super Hotel!
Die Lage ist perfekt an die Öffis angebunden, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, den ganzen Tag kann man sich in der Lobby Softgetränke und Kaffee kostenlos nehmen und ab 18 Uhr sogar alkoholische Getränke - toller Service.

Cons:

Das man die Fenster nicht eigenständig öffnen kann. Es gibt nur einen Fensteröffner, den man sich von der Rezeption mit Personal öffnen darf.

Great experience
Pros:

We loved the location, close to shops, parks and local attractions. They offered free refreshments in the evening time which was very much appreciated. Lovely staff and the views from the room were great. This has been our favourite hotel to stay at in Japan. Thank you!
