Oplichters
Pros:

De eerste kamer die we kregen, was piep klein. De wc bleef maar doorlopen, waardoor we meteen een andere kamer kregen, dit was snel geregeld en zeer fijn. De kamer was groter en prettiger. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De ligging is perfect. Leuke eettentjes om de hoek en je loopt zo het centrum en of station in.
De entree is gezellig en heeft veel sfeer. Lekkere wijntjes verkopen ze.
Toiletproducten zijn fijn.
Smart TV zodat je kan streamen is ook chill, want je hebt alleen Duitse zenders.
Er is een aparte ruimte voor koffers voor het stallen. Handig als je later vliegt

Cons:

Geen waterkoker, koelkast en of koffie. Je kan wel thee en koffie gratis tijdens ontbijt halen bij de entree. Er stond wel op de foto's een waterkoker.
Ik heb altijd graag een treetje voor slapen gaan, 2 thee kosten maar liefst 9,40!!
Badkamer is zeer verouderd. Kitranden zijn los, niet helemaal school. Douchegordijn is al helemaal niet hygiënisch. De douchekop moet eens goed ontkalkt worden.
Mis een stoel in de kamer. Kan alleen op bed zitten. Geen stroom naast bed. Onhandig om je mobiel op te laden (dit stond wel in de omschrijving)
De gangen zijn heel gehorig. Je hoort iedereen lopen en of praten.
Kussen zijn erg plat. Bij de receptie 2 extra gevraagd en werden meteen gebracht.
De prijs - kwaliteit verhouding is heel scheef!! Het is erg duur voor een basic hotel. Ondanks 3daysofdesign, waarbij ze de prijzen ophoog gooien had ik meer verwacht
Al met al, kamers kunnen een goede opknap beurt gebruiken!

Fijn hotel waar je je welkom voelt op toplocatie!
Pros:

Een heel mooi pand, toffe lobby. Fijn sfeertje! Heerlijke koffie in de ochtend. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Vooral de 2 Nederlandse stagiairs! De centrale ligging in een heerlijk buurtje!

Cons:

De standaard kamers zijn klein en sober. De vibe van het pand en de lobby vind je niet echt terug in de kamer.

Kanonläge men sjavigt hotell utan större känsla.
Pros:

Läget är suveränt! Nära centralen och Tivoli (men inte för nära) och ett bra och härligt område nära bra restauranger, caféer och shopping. Hotellet ser ut att ha lite ambition när man kommer in, men för vår del stannade det där.

Cons:

Kliade i fingrarna att få göra en make over av rummen! Med enkla medel skulle det kunna bli otroligt fint. Men rummen är också rätt sjaviga och i behov av renovering/underhåll, med trasiga elkontakten, glödlampor i badrummet som inte fungerar, fönster som inte går att öppna, hyllor som sitter löst från väggen och slitna sängar som väcker halva hotellet när man vänder sig. Vi bodde ändå i ngn slags svit. Lyhört! Och en personalstyrka som verkar rätt ointresserad. Knappt ett hej och hej då, hålla upp dörren när man kommer med massa packning osv.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, die Lage, es war ruhig. Insgesamt schönes Hotel mit Charme.

Cons:

Preis/Leistung eher unverhältnismäßig, aber für Dänemark bzw Kopenhagen auch wohl normal. Zimmer und Bad eher spartanisch eingerichtet. Frühstück überschaubar.

We would come again but I would ask many questions about which room
Pros:

Friendly staff, welcoming feel in reception, my daughters shared a really nice room, it was spacious and had nice wood flooring

Cons:

My room was lacking. I had no bedside tables, one light was broken, curtains didn’t meet in the middle and carpet was old. Bathroom was basic and shower could do with upgrade.

Pros:

La struttura è a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale.
Il quartiere è tranquillo e ricco di ristoranti e locali.
L'hotel è pulito, con camere accoglienti.
Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile.
Un punto a favore è l'aperitivo con un calice di vino offerto dalle 5 alle 6... apprezzatissimo!!!!

Cons:

Frukosten var riktigt dålig! Inga alternativ, små portioner. Marknadsfördes som "organic" , men serverade juice i plastflaskor,!! Anväde engångsskedar i trä (transporter och avfall) te i påsar istället för löst.

Excellent location, staff and welcoming hotel.
Pros:

The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. Really close to the 'cool' meatpacking district for evening meal/drinks. Loved the fact that the hotel invited us for free wine every evening 5-6pm. The reception area was great for relaxing and having a drink at the end of the day.

Cons:

The breakfast was a little small. The bathroom was hard to ventilate, floor was always wet from the shower which made it slippery.
