La ubicación es excelente, justo al lado de Embarcadero y en una zona muy tranquila. El hotel tiene máquina de agua gratuita e incluye un buen desayuno en un hall cómodo.

Location: Great.
Rooms: Very small- felt like a cruise ship cabin.
Housekeeping: Wonderful.
Staff: Friendly and welcoming.
AC issue: My air conditioning didn’t work for all four days. My room stayed around *77–80°F**, and even after multiple complaints, it was never fixed or my room swapped.
Facilities: The water station on Floor 6 is also broken.
Value: Overall, it felt expensive for what you get, though it is fairly affordable for San Francisco.
The club quarters stay is always good. Great staff & room was clean every day. But, next time I know to get a deluxe room that has a refrigerator:)
