The hotel is lovely, spotlessly clean, and situated in a great location. Everything went smoothly and without a single hitch. It offers really good value for money.
Loved the refillable water bottle & coffee station in the lounge area.
The area was nice.
The room was not cleaned.The furniture was broken in the room.The fixtures for the suite was not available.There was nothing in the cabinets.No dishes, no anything that you would see for suite.And once we talked to the front desk about it, they didn't want to make anything right?And told us they were all booked.And unfortunately, this was a birthday for my partner.And it was ruined because of this room conditions. And I am requesting a complete refund. Thank you.

Exemplary staff! Modern, pristine and secure! Perfect location near public transit & easily walkable! Loved the extra touches - a waterfill station and supply stash on our floor! Extra bonus: the ground floor specialty coffee machine with ample seating to tuck in for quiet conversation and relaxation.
Location is a very good one, less homeless people than in other areas in SF. The good thing is that it feels safe at night. It is close to the city center and the harbour, has a lot of restaurant choices around. Also, breakfast offered is a good one, you have many options to choose from. Rooms are a bit older looking, but clean and cozy.
Personnel is nice talking to, but not as responsive to guests needs. If you have a problem you need to be prepared to wait a while until someone comes to your room to fix it. I also didn't like the fact that I booked a room with a kitchenette but there was no plates, cutlery or pots inside, not even the minimal amenities for boiling water to make a tea. I would not advertise rooms with these amenities and charge extra for the kitchenette if it is not usable to guests.
For breakfast, be prepared to wait a lot until you get assigned a table or get served breakfast. I would consider improving service at breakfast.

Struttura vecchia, ti dicono che hanno parcheggio vicino, peccato costi 45$ giorno. La colazione è nel bar accanto. Ok, hai i ticket e fai una bella colazione ma non e il classico buffet. Non so, mi sarei aspettato di più. La camera era minuscola.
