Prima kamer, maar €44 betalen voor ontbijt dat niet geleverd werd is slechte service.

Kamer was schoon en we hebben goed geslapen. De shuttle vanaf Schiphol was praktisch.

Cons:

Om 20.28 uur boekten wij op het laatste moment een kamer inclusief ontbijt. Bij aankomst meldden wij direct dat wij om 04.15 uur moesten vertrekken en vroegen om een ontbijtpakket. De keuken was dicht en er werd geen enkel alternatief aangeboden, terwijl bij de bar nog wel eten en drinken verkrijgbaar was. Toch werd €44 voor twee ontbijten berekend en restitutie geweigerd. Achteraf stelde het hotel dat wij vooraf een ontbijtpakket hadden moeten aanvragen, maar die voorwaarde stond nergens bij de boeking. Shuttle naar de luchthaven was al vol.

The room was a good size and new looking. The hotel looked well maintained. There is a swimming pool.

Our safe was broken so we could not use it.
