The free hotel shuttle bus will take you to the airport between 05:00 and 23:40. The shuttle bus departs at the Airport between Hotel bus stop A9 and A13.
In case you need to be at the airport during the night, the night shuttle bus will take you for an additional cost of EUR 7.50 per person (children up to 11 years EUR 5.00). This offer is based on availability and to be booked upon check-in. Please note that guests with children older than 2 years old need to book a family room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I had requested to extend my stay and they did not reply to messages or emails all day while I was on my way there. I couldn't cancel my request to book another room and I couldn't call because my phone wasn't set up for calling. I was checking booking. Com and there was availablity up until they finally replied and told me they had no more availability. The stay was good but that was disappointing
Gutes Restaurant, kostenloser Parkplatz, Deluxe Zimmer deutlich gemütlicher als die normalen Zimmer, gute Ausstattung im Gym, sehr freundliches Personal!
Das Hotel ist recht hellhörig zwischen den Zimmern. Balkone ohne Sichtschutz, Sauberkeit im Zimmer war durchaus verbesserungswürdig

Telefonische bereikbaarheid zeer matig. We kwamen laat aan, om dit aan te geven gebeld.
Eerst bandje, keuze taal Nederlands of Engels, dit is ook het spoed nummer, duurde zeer lang 8 minuten en langer voordat er wordt opgenomen. Eerste keer nam niemand op. Tweede keer iemand die slecht Ndl sprak met voorkeur Engels.
