L’emplacement dans le vieux quartier et la rue des trains

Nous sommes très déçus par notre séjour.

À notre arrivée, la chambre ne correspondait pas à notre réservation. Nous étions 6 personnes, mais la chambre ne disposait que de deux grands lits doubles et d’un petit lit, ce qui ne permettait pas à tout le monde de dormir correctement. Nous aurions apprécié qu’une solution adaptée nous soit proposée, comme une chambre supplémentaire.

Le lendemain matin, nous avons également subi une fuite d’eau dans la chambre. Le sol était complètement mouillé, ce qui a causé des désagréments importants. Cette fuite a même endommagé le téléphone portable de mon mari, qui ne fonctionne plus après avoir été en contact avec l’eau.

En guise de geste commercial, l’hôtel nous a simplement offert six petites bouteilles d’eau. Nous trouvons ce geste largement insuffisant au vu des problèmes rencontrés.

Nous sommes très déçus par le manque de réactivité et de considération de l’établissement. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel

got in late from a night bus exhausted, they forgot to mention that early rhe next morning builders were drilling and smashing a hole directly in the room next to me. kept me up all morning it was the loudest noise iv ever heard. surely put me in a different room if you know this is happening. not the builders fault but i’m completely appalled with the lack of consideration
