Don’t book this hotel.
Pros:

Don’t book this hotel! We didn’t get the booked room and without prior notice were transferred to a different hotel. So we can not comment on this hotel and room.

Cons:

The new room didn’t match at all the booked room. Our decision to book the room was made because it was on an upper floor and had a terrace. The new room had no balcony or terrace and was on the fourth floor. The personal of the new hotel apologized for this down grade but wasn’t able to upgrade us. The hotel we booked didn’t even answer our messages. See picture added. As we checked the latest reworks we found more people who were treated this way. This seems to be a scheme.

Прилетели поздно вечером и хотелось отдыха. Однако выяснилось, что в нашем номере "какие-то проблемы" и в него нас не заселят. В первую ночь поселили на первом этаже возле лифта,предоставив незначительную скидку в 10%, хотя номер был сильно скромнее забронированного. В итоге всех стоящих и беседующих у лифта слышно было до 2 ночи и с 6 утра. На утро смогли переселиться на 5 этаж, где уже было лучше. Отдельное спасибо администратору Dan за его помощь с арендой байка и по другим вопросам.
Из плюсов довольно близкое расположение к центру города.

Cons:

Завтрак в гостинице не предусмотрен, сантехника в номерах "уставшая". Шумоизоляция тоже не очень хорошо сделана.

Posizione molto comoda nell'old quarter ma comunque silenzioso. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e sempre sorridente

We enjoyed our stay, great location, clean room and comfortable bed. The staff were really kind and offered everything they can to make our stay comfortable and fun!
