Avoid at all costs

Just the location

Cons:

Management at this are absolutely horrendous, they lie and will NOT help you whatsoever.

When escalated, booking.com also did NOTHING to help apart from send us meaningless messages.l and the couldn’t be bothered to follow up

Half Board at this hotel is NOT half board - the hotel chooses what food you’re allowed to have and they will always give you the cheapest options

Beds are not comfortable

Cleaning is not done properly and there is dust everywhere in the rooms, especially on the desks

Showers are old and need replacing

Excrellent hotel location wise. Comfortable and very good staff. Stay was very good friendly and warm. Absolute value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, shops, and Istanbul's main attractions. The staff were exceptioanally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The beakfast was delicious and offered

a good variety of choices. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely choose this hotel again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
